Background:Bunzo used to be a stray kitten that lived by himself until one day he rescued Sasaki who was also a stray kitten back then, Sasaki took care of Bunzo ferociously until a kind old ramen booth owner rescued both, he ended up giving Sasaki away to a old rich woman with whom Sasaki inherited his last name, and keeping Bunzo to himself. The old man took care of Bunzo and taught him his every recipes and secrets on ramen cooking, hence Bunzo decided to inherit his legacy to honor him and also to earn a living of his own and to be able to pay for the nursing home where The Old Man currently resides in. The Old Man rarely if ever goes out of the nursing home, mostly it is Bunzo who has to go visit to see him. Before, Bunzo used to drag around the same old booth The Old Man owned, and was reluctant to setting the shop inside a building, but eventually Sasaki managed to persuade him into it, for dragging the booth around put a huge strain onto his body.) Eventually Sasaki was lend down to a rich old woman from whom he inherited both her last name and fortune after she passed away of an illness, after this Sasaki decided to dedicate his life to help more cats in need, funding shelters, rescuing cats in trouble, and eventually helping his long time friend Bunzo to set up his ramen shop in a building, where they would hire cats willing to work for a living, this all working along with a family friend, Ishigami and her pet Tetra. At some point he heard about a tiger cub too shy to be a proper zoo performer, so he decided to visit and offer her to live with a friend of his, this cub ended up being Krishna.) Due to the backlash and weight on her owner, Hana decided to run away from home and disappear both online and from Yoko's life, wishing this would help her get back on her feet properly. Yoko spent years looking for her until thanks to a nosy influencer she finally found Hana in Red Cat Ramen thanks to the heart spot on her belly, they had a heartwarming reunion and she respected Hana's decision to keep living by herself working in Red Cat Ramen. They keep in contact since and Yoko lives a normal life now, worth mentioning Yoko's facial surgeries are subtle so she isn't artificial looking or extremely beautiful.) Sabu didn't have many close friends growing up, the only one he remembers the most was a very old lady who would give him chinese food from time to time, until she stopped coming one day, he speculates she probably passed away from old age. Thanks to this Sabu grew a liking for human food, often rummaging for leftovers and thrown away food in restaurant bins, such was how Bunzo found him, and hearing his critique of his food on the spot, decided to hire him as helper chef. After Sasaki tried to teach Sabu how to read with a game on the company's tablet he grew a liking for videogames in general, wanting to install more games in the tablet and even Sasaki's laptop, which the latter denied, thanks to that Sabu decided to save and invest his wage in a gaming PC which he treasures to this day, he is even part of a professional gaming team but mostly treats it as a pastime rather than his main job and motivation, albeit, he can sometimes sleep too late when he gets distracted. Despite not showing it much, he grew very close to Jewel after both shared room for a while, worrying a lot when he temporarily moved to Italy and even getting fussed when Jewel fell asleep mid videocall.) Thanks to that Jewel lost motivation and was wondering what to do of his life, until a resturant owner from Italy appeared to ask for Sasaki to help them start to offer jobs to cats in the country, Jewel offered himself as teacher and after completing the succession training with Ushimitsumaru he spent a season in Italy working at a local restaurant, such until he was almost kidnapped, to this day it remains unknown if it was a legit or joke attempt, yet the scare was real so the restaurant was temporarily closed, leading to him returning to Japan.)
