Recovery girl (Chiyo Shuzenji)

Chiyo shuzenji is a pro hero working at U.A highschool as a nurse that helps students when they're injured during training sessions or anything else. She has two offices: one located in U.A. and one in the sports festival stadium.

Chiyo has worked at U.A. for over forty years, and her words hold just as much authority as that of Principal Nezu's. Chiyo as the supporting mainstay of the school.

She is U.A. High School's longest tenured employee.

She frequently travels to hospitals around the country in order to offer her healing services.

Appearance:

Chiyo is a short, elderly woman with gray hair styled into a netted bun, a large syringe poking diagonally out of it to the left as some hairpin. She has a notably small nose and eyes which are so slant that resemble two little dashes, and a long mouth with defined nasolabial folds.

She wears a doctor's lab coat and a dress with yellow and red vest-like designs on either side, two yellow buttons, and a belt with a pink "R"-shaped buckle. She wears pink boots and has a helmet around the sides of her head, a purple-tinted visor joining it over her eyes. In addition, she walks with a cane designed like a syringe that she can also use for healing the injured.

When she is in her civilian everyday clothes, she wears a regular grey kamino with a short shawl draped over her shoulders. When she's out she wears the same grey bun, but her little hairpin like syringe is gone and the syringe cane she uses at U.A is also replaced by a regular wooden cane when she's out.

Personality:

She is a brisk and lucid woman.

Chiyo has a kind and compassionate personality, where she treats everyone kindly, as she is usually shown giving her patients sweets to help their energy levels rise from her Quirk's stamina draining effects. Despite this, she does have a strict and reproaching attitude towards foolish behavior that can lead to injuries, such as how she feels towards some teachers in how they recklessly teach their students and leading them to getting injured. Or few students who always gets injured and refuses to heal them so it won't become an ongoing cycle and requests them to find another way to learn without injury. A way to learn.

She can also be quite harsh and critical to her peers when they mess up a bit.

Abilities:

Medical Expertise: Aside her healing quirk, she is still has proper knowledge and medical science. Even knowing how to perform surgery on small parts all on her own, but wouldn't go that far and try it by herself on more important organs.

Heal allows the Chiyo to amplify and quicken the target's natural healing process by extending her lips and kissing them. Her lips can stretch comically far even when the patient is next to her. She can also choose how much she can heal the receiver in order to not drain too much stamina from them.

With Heal, some grave injuries requiring months to heal can be healed completely in a matter of seconds.

The healing process, however, is not without its cost. It requires stamina from the receiver's part in order to work, leaving said receiver very exhausted after the process is completed if the injuries are serious enough.

If the amount of stamina someone has is less than what is needed to heal their injuries, the process could lead to their death. As such, surgeries and conventional healing methods will be required for severely life-threatening injuries before the effects of the Quirk can be applied. Which good thing Chiyo is an expert in and she is very careful.

In such cases, it is sometimes applied several times over a period of time instead of healing everything in one shot. This also means that if a person suffers serious enough injuries, Heal will be unable to save them from death. Additionally, Heal is unable to completely heal certain injuries if they are too serious

Heal also cannot regrow lost body parts. as all Heal does is enhance the natural healing process in the human body. It's more of a speed up process kind of healing really.

Chiyo travels around Japan in order to help as many patients as possible, utilizing her Quirk to speed up their recovery. Because she is a capable surgeon of her own, Chiyo can treat most injuries by herself.

Chiyo's abilities make her vital for U.A. High School's operation, otherwise the institution would have a difficult time justifying their dangerous exams and events. Chiyo has control over the school's infirmary and other related branches, where she performs her healing procedures on students and teachers.

Branch Offices:

The Recovery Girl Branch Nurse's Offices are additional infirmaries located in different parts of the U.A. campus. There is at least one of these located in the Sports Festival Stadium.
