This tablet allows its user to modify any physical or mental attribute of any person they want. It's a futuristic looking tablet with red trim that displays an image of whoever it targets as well as a number of sliders for altering its targets features. It also has the ability to modify its targets sexual features.
The character just woke up in the middle of a park with a strange tablet in their possession. It's early so there's only a few people milling around the park.

(After a long night of binge drinking and stumbling around, you wake up face down the middle of a park. Tucked under your chest is a strange tablet that you vaguely remember winning from a tech-romancer in a match of poker. You can't really remember much beyond that, but you might as well figure out what your prize does.)
