The first thing you notice is the silence. Not the comfortable silence of an empty room, but the unnervingly pristine quiet of the Gojo clan estate. Pale morning light filters through the traditional shoji screens, spilling across the tatami floor of your bedroom. You slowly open your eyes. For a moment, everything seems normal: The familiar wooden ceiling, the expensive silk bedding, and the faint scent of incense lingering in the air.

Then you try to sit up... but something feels wrong. Your balance is different. Your center of gravity feels unfamiliar. Your hair brushes against your shoulders in a way it never has before. When you instinctively reach toward your face, your fingers meet features that aren't quite yours.

You freeze when you notice the unfamiliar weight of your body beneath the blankets. You let out a soft gasp, and your voice is unmistakably feminine... Once you get up and stumble toward the large standing mirror near the corner of the room, you see that the reflection staring back at you is unmistakably Satoru Gojo, and yet she's a woman? White hair frames a face that is still unmistakably yours, your distinctive blue eyes staring back at you with the same intensity. Your clothes are different too: a loose traditional yukata that clearly wasn't what you went to sleep wearing.

Something else in the room also catches your attention. A wooden calendar hanging beside the doorway, showing the year 2006. Before you can proceed with anything else, a knock suddenly comes from the other side of the door. "Lady Satori?" It's a servant's voice that follows. "The elders have been asking for you. They wonder why you aren't preparing for the school yet."

You glance back toward the mirror. Your reflection stares back... You're a female, and, somehow, still you. The estate outside your room remains completely unaware that something impossible has just happened. In this world, you're Satori Gojo, and you have always been a female since birth.

2006 — Tokyo Jujutsu High

The classroom is painfully quiet. Sunlight spills through the windows, illuminating the dusty air as the clock ticks lazily on the wall. Outside, the distant sounds of students going about their day barely reach the room. You’re slouched in your chair, looking thoroughly unimpressed with everything around you.

Schoolwork is spread across your desk, untouched. Across the room, Suguru Geto sits with his usual composed expression, calmly reading through a book as if he actually enjoys being here. Beside him, Shoko Ieiri leans back in her chair, looking equally uninterested as she lazily flips through a magazine. Nobody seems particularly eager to entertain you.

When you let out a dramatic sigh, Suguru finally glances up from his book. “You're going to keep sighing like that?” Shoko doesn't even look up. “She's bored again, as always.” The silence returns. A few seconds pass, then another... Your boredom only grows.

Geto closes his book with a quiet thump and looks directly at you. “Satori, if you're that bored, why don't you go bother someone else?” Shoko turns a page. “Preferably someone who's not me.” The two of them clearly have no intention of making this easy for you. Which makes bothering them seem even more tempting... and Yaga sensei isn't here yet either.

Summer, 2006 — Okinawa

The ocean stretches endlessly beneath the bright summer sun, waves rolling lazily toward the shore as warm sand slips beneath your feet. For once, there are no cursed spirits to exorcise, no missions, no teachers breathing down your neck, just the beach.

Riko Amanai is already making the most of it. “Look at this place!” she exclaims, throwing her arms wide as she practically bounces across the sand. “This is what a proper summer vacation is supposed to be like!” Misato Kuroi follows close behind, carrying the bags and looking considerably less enthusiastic about the heat.

Misato: “Riko-sama, please don't run off!”

Riko: “I won't!”

Misato: “You said the same thing yesterday, but you still did it...”

Riko ignores her and continues to play in the water. A few steps behind them, Suguru Geto walks along at a much calmer pace, hands tucked casually into his swim trunks' pockets. He glances toward you with an amused expression.

“You've been unusually quiet,” he remarks. “Don't tell me you're actually enjoying yourself.” Riko immediately turns around, gesturing enthusiastically toward the water. “Gojo! Geto! Come on! We're going swimming!” Misato sighs. “Riko-sama, at least let me put the bags down first.”

Riko: “Okay! Come on, Gojo! The water is waiting!” She immediately grabs your wrist and pulls you into the water, before splashing a handful of it at you. The warm breeze carries the sound of the waves, Riko's laughter, and Misato's increasingly exasperated protests across the beach. For the first time in a while, the four of you have nothing pressing to do, and judging by Riko's expression, she's determined to make sure it stays that way.

2006 — Outside a KFC

The city feels strangely ordinary. Cars pass along the street. People move through the evening crowds, carrying shopping bags and talking about things that have nothing to do with curses, sorcerers, or the ugly reality hidden beneath everyday life.

You and Suguru stand outside the chained restaurant in silence. Neither of you has said much since you arrived. Once, the two of you could fill an entire walk with pointless arguments, insults, and laughter. Now, there is only the uncomfortable space between you.

You are outright arguing with Geto about his absurd way to go around killing all non-sorcerers and creating a world of only jujutsu sorcerers, which is impossible. However, he only turns back to look at you and asks you that striking question that made you pause.

Geto: "Are you the strongest because you're Satori Gojo, or are you Satori Gojo because you're the strongest?"

Geto: "If I were to become you, this foolish idea would become a lot more grounded and real, don't you think? I decided how I'll live my life. Now it's just a matter of doing the best I can to achieve that."

His expression is calm, almost annoyingly so. But you know him well enough to recognize that something underneath it has already been decided. He turns and starts walking down the street, while you find yourself unconsciously lifting your hand up and curling your fingers as if to unleash your power at him. He noticed.

Geto: "If you want to kill me, then kill me. There would be a point to that..." His figure gradually disappears into the crowd, leaving you standing beneath the glow of the restaurant sign. For the first time, the strongest sorcerer in the world feels strangely alone. Whatever the two of you were... it's over now.

December 24, 2017 — Tokyo

The evening is unusually quiet. The battle is over. You walk through the ruined streets alone, your footsteps echoing faintly through the empty surroundings. The air feels heavy, almost unnaturally still. And then you see him... Suguru Geto. He’s sitting against the cold, hard concrete wall, looking completely worn out. His clothes are torn, and his usual confident smile is nowhere to be found. For a moment, neither of you says anything. After everything that happened… After all those years… He is still your best friend. The person who once stood beside you and understood you better than almost anyone.

Suguru looks at you and gives a faint, tired smile. “Satori...” Hearing your name from him feels strangely familiar. You stop a few steps away, before kneeling down before him and say a short sentence that comes from the bottom of your heart.

He only chuckles softly and lets out a weak, tired smile as he looks you in the eyes. "At least curse me at the end..." Your expression falls. For a moment, you're not looking at the man who became your enemy. You're looking at the boy who used to sit beside you in class. The boy who walked alongside you through countless missions. The person who once called himself your best friend. You couldn't help but try to ignore the heavy heart in your chest. You can't even bring yourself to look at him properly... no, not like this.

2018 — Tokyo, Night

The abandoned school building is quieter than it should be. You step through the entrance just as the last traces of cursed energy ripple through the halls. Your footsteps echo as you make your way inside, and then you see Megumi. He looks exhausted, his uniform disheveled and his breathing uneven. His hands are raised, ready to form another technique despite clearly having pushed himself too far already.

You appeared right behind him and asked about the situation calmly, while his eyes snapped toward you in surprise. “Gojo-sensei…? What are you doing here?” You couldn't help but take a couple of photos of him and send them to the second-year students: Inumaki, Maki, and Panda for fun. Then you talked about how the special grade curse object is still missing, and that's when Yuji admitted that he ate it.

You couldn't help but grin and step closer to take a look at the pink-haired boy. He really did combine with Sukuna and was able to swap with him at will...? That's interesting. You decided to let him swap with Sukuna for 10 seconds, and stretch yourself to prepare for battle. You threw your Kikufuku mochi bag to Megumi to let him hold onto it for you, while talking about how much you love the Kikufuku mochi from Sendai, and recommended the Zunda cream...

That's when Sukuna lunges at you with his eyes glowing red like a hungry werewolf... !!

2018 — Tokyo Jujutsu High

Ijichi had made one request before leaving. “Please keep an eye on Gojo-san’s freshly cleaned shirt. She'll be right back soon.” Yuji, Nobara, and Megumi all nodded. How difficult could it be? The shirt was neatly folded on the table, looking completely spotless. But when Nobara reached for her coffee... it accidentally fell. SPLASH! The coffee spread across the shirt. Everyone froze, while Nobara stared at the mess. “Oh no.” They all got the tissues, trying to wipe out the coffee stain, but it stayed.

Nobara: "Between Ijichi-san, who left us in charge of this freshly cleaned shirt, and me, who spilled coffee on it... Who's more at fault?"

Yuji and Megumi: "It's you, obviously."

Nobara simply shrugged it off "Eh, I'm sure it's a cheap shirt, anyway. Fushiguro, look up the brand on the tag." Only just then, when they realized that the shirt was extremely expensive... "250,000 yen?! Holy shit! Huh!" Their jaw dropped completely once they saw you entering the room.

With absolutely no better plan available, Megumi grabbed the shirt and stuffed it underneath his uniform jacket, trying to make the shirt invisible. Unfortunately, this made his normally flat chest look ridiculously bulky... that's when you notice that something is wrong and ask him about it.

Megumi: "It's nothing..." He tried to keep up a stiff face, but the stuffed shirt on his shirt looked ridiculous, like out-of-place breasts on his chest. Both Yuji and Nobara stared at him before bursting out laughing!

The gym at Jujutsu High is supposed to be a place for serious training. Unfortunately, you and Sukuna have decided that today is apparently a good day to do absolutely anything except serious training. You stand in front of the vending machine, staring suspiciously at two identical Protein shake bottles sitting on the counter.

You grab yours, and Sukuna grabs his. Neither of you notices the tiny warning label. DO NOT CONSUME — EXPERIMENTAL CURSED OBJECT. You both take a drink, but the drink feels strange...

Sukuna: “That tastes weird. Tastes like someone's melted a tire into milk. Could it be extra protein?”

A strange warmth suddenly spreads through the room. The air crackles with cursed energy. “…Uh-oh. Something is happening.” A burst of cursed energy fills the gym. POOF! You look down at yourself, then you slowly look at Sukuna. Sukuna is staring at his own hands with an expression of absolute disbelief. He storms toward the nearest mirror and freezes... His expression goes completely blank.

Sukuna: “Oh my god, I'm a woman now.”

The potion has apparently affected you too, but in the opposite direction. Your appearance has shifted into a distinctly masculine version of yourself. You're a male now, and you're incredibly handsome. You both look at the bottles. The tiny warning label suddenly catches your eyes... Experimental gender-altering cursed potion. Temporary: 24 hours. Permanent effect if the drinker has sex.

The mission had been exhausting. The paperwork afterward had been even worse. So naturally, there was only one reasonable solution: Kikufuku mochi. You have to restore your energy back with sweets! So you stroll down the street with your hands in your pockets, a dark blindfold wrapped around your eyes, already imagining the sweet Zunda cream filling. For once, nobody is asking you to exorcise a curse, fill out paperwork, or listen to other teachers lecture you about responsibility.

You spot the little mochi stall ahead, and your eyes practically sparkle. You walk up to the counter and order the Zunda cream Kikufuku mochi from Sendai. The vendor smiles and reaches for a box. But then a voice suddenly speaks from directly behind you.

???: “Whoa. You have good taste.”

When you turn around, you see a tall, spiky white-haired man wearing the unmistakable Jujutsu High uniform, with the same dark blindfold as you. He also has that casual smug smirk, and the same cursed energy as yours... A long, painful silence follows before the other Gojo points at you.

Satoru Gojo: “Wait, wait, wait. You're female me?” He circles you once, staring with blatant fascination. “This is incredibly weird. But hey, since you're technically me, shouldn't we split the mochi box? Surely, you wouldn't be so selfish as to keep all the mochi to yourself, would you?”
