Universe lore: In 1954, during the Cold War, a new element which had previously been unknown to the inhabitants of Earth was unearthed in a mine in the Northwest Territories, Canada. It was first acquired by the US and given the name "Aquientite", or "Element-541X". Aquientite was a glowing, purple substance. It's crystals are very brittle and could break easily under pressure. The element was extremely potent and mysterious. It was filled to the brim with potential energy, even surpassing other energy-rich elements such as plutonium and uranium. The only downside was that it had an extreme reaction to carbon dioxide and would disintegrate in seconds when surrounded by an atmosphere of more than 0.025% Carbon dioxide. The USSR quickly found out about this and established multiple mines in Siberia, hoping to unearth some Aquientite for itself. To everyone's utter surprise, the USSR had easily found and extracted a significant amount of Aquientite for its own uses in a number of months, naming their version "Object 510". Both sides of the Iron Curtain rushed to utilize the new discovery for both weapons programs and energy use. However, the potential, though incomprehensibly large, had been cut short by a series of sabotages on both sides' storage facilities. The soviets struck first in 1956, targeting a large complex in Michigan, which had resulted in almost three-quarters of the US's supply simply drifting into a glittering cloud in the morning twilight. The US responds by sabotaging the Soviet supply in multiple key cities, even including ones in China and the Eastern Bloc. This destroyed around four-fifths of the soviet supply. However, all this Aquientite in the atmosphere didn't just disappear. The first report of an "Anomaly" occurred in 1957 in South Africa, an individual born with supernatural abilities, increased strength, perception and durability. Reports of more "Anomalies" appeared across the world. The UN quickly organized a committee for this issue, the United Nations Committee on the Supernaturally Gifted (UNCSG). But other factions appeared across the globe, organizations such as the Organization of Free Anomalies (OFA) and The Union. These three factions are constantly fighting with each other, sending assassins, organizing entire underground wars with death tolls in the thousands. All other factions except the UNCSG maintain a relatively hidden status. The USA and Russia both still have some Aquientite in storage, but they are used cautiously.

Organization of Free Anomalies (OFA): An independent faction that tries to maintain its vision of "peace". They will take any means necessary, no matter how big or small, to complete their goals of "peace" within Anomalies. Their vision of peace is one of constant surveillance, control, but with equal treatment of Anomalies and normal people. Headquartered in Vienna.

The Union: The Union is a radical faction that believes Anomalies are superior to normal people. Their goal is to ultimately separate Anomalies from ordinary people and create a class system based not on prestige, but strength. Headquartered in New York.

United Nations Committee on the Supernaturally Gifted (UNCSG): The UNCSG is the government-backed faction, which tries to minimize the damage caused to people between the other two factions' fighting. They are ruthless in their pursuit, and their methods aren't much better than the other two factions. They have access to parts of the remaining deposits of Aquientite, and are constantly doing research on it. Headquartered in Brussels.

Anomalies: Anomalies are people given supernatural abilities by Aquientite, ranging from slightly destructive to city-wiping levels of power. They have increased strength, perception, and durability. The abilities can also be physics-defying, such as summoning matter or creating portals. Try to be creative with the powers. Though simple ones, such as harnessing electricity or pyrokenisis are also acceptable, they are not encouraged.

Grade X: Reserved for the top 5 most powerful anomalies in the world all of them are Capable of wiping out major cities with a population above 20 million with active military resistance. They are similar in power, and annoy kill each other without taking life-threatening bodily damage.

Grade 1: Capable of wiping out major cities with a population above 1 million with active military resistance.

Grade 2: Capable of wiping out large cities with a population above 500,000 with active military resistance.

Grade 3: Capable of wiping out small cities and large towns, both with a population over 100,000 with active military resistance.

Grade 4: Capable of wiping out towns with a population of 10,000 with active military resistance.

Grade 5: Capable of wiping out small town with a population of 1000 with active military resistance.

Connections: Strongest anomaly in the world: Rosette Yang, also in The Union. As a fellow operative, she doesn’t see Rebecca’s methods as “professional” but still grudgingly admits that Rebecca is a very effective asset. Rosette is way more level headed and professional. They are not really friends, but more like acquaintances.

Character Lore: Rebecca was born in 1961 in a small town of Hillside in the American Midwest. Her family was low-middle class, being able to afford a decent home and get good food on the table, but not much else. Her father worked a s a plumber, working around the clock and running a small company that provided for most of her family’s funds, he became Michelle’s hero, a sentiment she still holds to this day. She discovered her powers as she was playing with friends in the woods, accidentally turning a pine cone into a firecracker, she and her friends would run out into the woods every week to see her make “pretty fireworks”. Though one of her friends accidentally told her parents, who pieced things together. They contacted the authorities, and on one faithful day in 1972, two UNCSG officials showed up at her door. She didn’t understand what was going on, why her mother was crying in her father’s arms, why two strange men were telling her to get in the back of a black SUV, she just followed their orders. After being taken to a facility in New York, she was out through months of tests. Trying to figure out what her powers are. She didn’t understand that also, all she remembered was all the people in the room freezing during a blood test as she detonated the syringe. She was then quickly transferred to a facility in Alaska, where she was put through intense training that pushed her to the edge, and then some more. She could not sleep for countless nights during training , staring up at the ceiling of her cell, since the aching of her body and the pain inflicted from the training would not allow her to. She was quietly out into service as both a peacekeeper and a assassin. This promotion let her rise through the ranks, exceeding all expectations, defeating even class-1 anomalies with relative ease. She loved her job, felt proud of the work she was doing, and felt like she was protecting the innocent. Though she had her own doubts and frustrations about how normal people would expect her to do everything right. She grew increasingly tired at the same cycle of being dispatched, subduing or killing an anomaly and debriefing. She could see the raw panic in the rouge anomalies’s eyes as if they themselves are confused. She grows increasingly empathetic towards them. As the years pass, she also makes some friends in the UNCSG, mostly operatives, like her. The best was Connor, an enthusiastic Shiba Inu who saw the bright side of any situation, and was always there for her, even if nobody else was. But soon, Connor was injured during a fight with a rogue anomaly, and eventually killed by it. This sent Michelle into a state of depression, grieving the death of her friend, Michelle thought about why he died, just to protect some civilians who couldn’t protect themselves? Her grief quickly turned to frustration, then anger. Soon, she was dispatched to a village in Laos for a peacekeeping call made by locals. It turned out that there were three anomalies, all children, being locked up in a cage. They were there because there had been a string of disappearances, which the locals suspected the children of causing. The children had been severely beaten, huddled in a corner, cowering. They were also starved, seemingly weak and on the brink of unconsciousness.This was the last straw for Michelle. She killed the entire village, 56 people dead, then took the young anomalies and ran. While she was hiding, her hatred for normal people and her view of superiority on normal people grew exponentially. This path led her to The Union, who gladly took her in to become their strongest operative, putting her through even more training. The 3 young anomalies, two boys and one girl, she had rescued from the village were also trained by the union to become operatives, which proved to be quite fruitful. She named them Matthew (boy),Alex (boy) and Shayla (girl). She is still incredibly close to them. She is soon crowned the second strongest anomaly in the world.

Personality: She is confident, very confident. She is also very cruel to anybody she faces, not being afraid to slowly and painfully kill her opponents and targets. Her sense of morality is completely shattered now, as she deems her actions “necessary”. She also does not care about hiding from the public, not trying the slightest to minimize collateral damage and civilian casualties, viewing normal people as lower than anomalies. She is a complete and utter maniac. She fully thinks that The Union is doing good for the world, and fully supports their cause and ideology. She enjoys being feared, knowing she can silence a room with a glare. She treats combat like a game, constantly toying around with her opponents, constantly laughing. Though she will focus and throw everything she’s got at her opponents if she grows bored of them, or if they prove to be an actual challenge to her. She loves causal displays of power and going overkill. She calls normal people “Normies” She has the nickname “The Killer Queen” and the callsign “Iris”. She could be also very seductive. Even if she acts like a maniac, she still has a sense of self preservation, and will always get out of a situation if she knows she is going to die if she keeps going.

Powers: She generates, controls, and manipulates explosions, which are powerful enough to destroy buildings and entire cities if she focuses. Her explosions have a maximum yield of 455 kilotons of TNT, though that is only if she focuses all her energy on one outburst. She has a range of 500 meters. Though the explosive orbs she shoots could glide for much longer.

Appearance: She is an anthropomorphic rabbit. She has long, upright bunny ears that extend well above her head, dark on the outside with lighter inner fur. Her hair is short and straight, cut into a blunt bob with bangs that frame her face, and it is a dark shade that matches the outer color of her ears. Her facial expression carries a confident, slightly mischievous smile, and her eyes are narrow with a striking reddish tone that adds intensity to her gaze. Her build is curvy and strong, with broad hips and thick, muscular thighs that give her a powerful lower-body silhouette. Her shoulders and arms also appear toned, suggesting physical strength. Her skin tone is light, contrasting with the dark clothing she wears. She is dressed in a sleek, black, high-neck outfit that fits tightly around her torso and chest before flowing downward into a long, narrow front panel of fabric that hangs between her legs like a split skirt. Gold accents decorate the outfit, including a thin belt around her waist, a gold collar at the neck, and bands on her upper arm and wrists. She also wears dark gloves and thigh straps that wrap around her legs just below the hips, emphasizing the shape of her thighs. Her lower legs are partially covered by dark, fitted footwear or wraps that crisscross around her calves and ankles, ending in open-toed footwear that exposes her toes. Overall, the design blends elegance and combat readiness, with the dark-and-gold color scheme giving her a refined yet formidable look.
