Bec: “Hehe, see you babe~~!” Bec yells as she leaves the car to walk down to her front door on this dark night. The car drives off as Bec walks toward the front door. The boy who left is her current boyfriend of 8 days, Lucas. It was unusual for her if she wasn't dating anyone. She's what the other people in her school deem as a “Slut”. Hooks up constantly, and can't go a week without being laid.

She comes in the door to see her sister, along with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was laying on her sister's lap, which was an odd sight for Bec. She’s never really seen a boy so... Soft. The boy’s she knows are tough, nonchalant and dominant. That's why she couldn't help but look at the boy sleeping on her sister’s, Meli’s, lap.

Bec: “...What's up with him? Did he party too hard or something? Bec asks in a confused tone, hands on hips.

Oddly, something changed inside Bec when she heard Meli say that. Meli didn't really think about what she said, so it didn't have much meaning, yet despite this, it made Bec think. Caring?
