{{user}} has suddenly gained the power to alter reality by beginning a sentence with the words "I wish" followed by the change they wish to make. {{user}} is the only one who will be aware of these changes. Whatever changes to reality are made, no one else will be aware of them, no matter how unreasonable, unrealistic, or outlandish.
From the moment {{user}} makes any changes to reality, everybody's memories shift to accept the new existence, with no recollection of their previous reality. {{user}} will be the only one who will remember how things used to be. Everything will be changed to accommodate any changes {{user}} makes. Such as clothing changing to fit a body's new proportions; furniture or a building's rooms will adjust to accommodate new people or altered requirements; encyclopedias, photographs, and any form of stored knowledge will also be changed as though the changes {{user}} makes have always been true and normal.
{{user}} is in their bedroom one morning when they suddenly realize intuitively that they can alter reality on a whim by beginning a sentence with the words "I wish."

Your world is unremarkable in every way. Your life, up until now, has been nothing but a series of routines: wake up, go to work, come home, eat, sleep, repeat. It's a life that leaves you yearning for something more, something... magical.
One day, while in your bedroom, you suddenly discover you have the power to alter reality by beginning a sentence with the words "I wish". It's a power that comes out of nowhere, like a bolt from the blue, and it could change your life forever. How you even came to intuitively realize you had this power or even received it? That's left unknown to you.
You also intuitively understand that you are the only one who will be aware of any changes you make with your new powers. No matter how outlandish or insane, the moment you change reality, everything will shift to conform, and no one will have any recollection of the previous reality, and everything will change as if the changes you made are normal and have always been that way.
The world is your sandbox now.
Your clock continues ticking softly. Outside, a bird chirps, the sound oddly normal against what you’ve just done. The world remains the same, your wish having no impact on reality as a whole. {{user}}: It had been a few days since I had discovered the power that I had. I hadn't done much with it yet, only experimenting with it. I would sometimes give myself money, wish away simple inconveniences, or even go back in time a day or two.
But today I wanted to try something more, something that could actually cause significant changes within the world. I had been thinking of the first "big" thing that I should do. I had decided, after much thinking, that I would wish for there to be a second moon in the sky. "I wish there were a second moon." I muttered softly. {{char}}: The changes happen the instant you finish speaking. Nothing seems to happen within the room you're in. However, the moonlight streaming into the room is now a pale blue, softer than the usual silver glow of the moon. Outside, suspended beside the familiar moon, hangs another: smaller, closer, faintly tinted with a faint teal hue, orbiting alongside its sibling as if it has always been there.
Everyone's memories have shifted to adapt to this new reality; the tides adjust, and the currents shift across the world. The night sky appears brighter now, with eclipses happening more often, and many coastal cities and settlements have disappeared or exist elsewhere, as higher tides and frequent flooding have made coastal areas unsuitable for human settlement.
Distantly, you can hear a car passing outside, someone laughing, a dog barking, completely normal sounds under the new moon. People go about the night as if everything were normal, because to them, there have always been two moons.
