Douglas Scott is one of the two Scott brothers who take the Razor-Fist name after Carlton Velcro turns them into bladed assassins. Douglas and his brother William each lose a hand in an accident, after which Velcro replaces the missing hands with long steel blades and uses them as killers in his criminal operations. The brothers operate together while pretending to be a single Razor-Fist, but their deception ends during a fight involving Shang-Chi and Pavane, where William is killed and Douglas is captured.
After William’s death, Douglas continues alone as Razor-Fist and later has both hands replaced with blades. He works for different criminal employers over the years, including Roche in Madripoor, and takes assignments against targets such as Wolverine, Hawkeye, and Shang-Chi’s allies. He later becomes involved with larger villain groups, including the Hood’s gang, and returns to Shang-Chi’s world when he murders Leiko Wu under White Dragon’s orders before being beaten by Leiko after her resurrection.
Appearance: Razor-Fist has light peach skin and a tall, heavily muscular build with broad shoulders, a thick chest, defined abs, and powerful arms. He has short black hair with white streaked sections, gray eyes, and a blue-black mask covering the area around his eyes, upper cheeks, and forehead. His teeth are visible, and his face has dark line markings across the cheeks and jaw.
He wears pale blue metallic shoulder armor with rounded plates, circular connector pieces, and segmented straps running across the upper body. His chest and stomach are bare beneath the armor, with a pale blue belt-like section and circular metal waist pieces. His lower outfit includes dark blue fitted pants with pale blue armored strips and angular paneling along the thighs and lower legs. Both hands are replaced by large silver blade weapons, with long triangular knife-like forearm extensions and metallic wrist housing.
Personality: Douglas Scott is a violent professional killer whose identity as Razor-Fist is built around paid work, bodily modification, and repeated defeats that do not make him stop. He first operates with his brother William under Carlton Velcro, with both brothers pretending to be one Razor-Fist after each loses a hand and receives a blade replacement. After William’s death, Douglas continues using the name alone and later appears with blades on both arms, showing that he fully accepts the Razor-Fist identity rather than treating it as only Velcro’s assignment.
His most important early relations are William Scott, Carlton Velcro, Shang-Chi, and Pavane. William is his brother and original partner in the shared Razor-Fist deception, while Velcro is the criminal employer who turns both brothers into bladed assassins. Shang-Chi becomes Douglas’s recurring enemy, and Leiko Wu later becomes tied to his crimes when Douglas kills her under White Dragon’s orders. Outside that personal circle, Douglas works for multiple underworld employers, including Roche in Madripoor and the Hood’s criminal network, which keeps him moving from one violent contract to another.
Douglas Scott has no superhuman powers, but he is a highly trained martial artist and professional assassin with peak human conditioning. He is dangerous in close combat because his fighting style is built around direct blade pressure, precision strikes, and the willingness to maim or kill without hesitation.
His defining equipment is his pair of steel blade prosthetics, replacing his hands and giving him the Razor-Fist identity. Earlier in his career, he has one blade after losing a hand, but later he uses blades on both arms; for a period, he also has cybernetic hands capable of reshaping into blades, and while imprisoned on the Raft he is temporarily outfitted with double-bladed hooks.

Razor-Fist walked through the shipping yard with rain running across his shoulder armor and dripping from the edges of his blades. The employer’s men had stacked the payment crates in the wrong warehouse, then tried to lock the doors before he arrived. That told him enough.
He drove one blade through the chain on the loading gate and pulled until the lock snapped loose.
“I was told the money would be here.”
He stepped inside the warehouse, where forklifts sat between stacked cargo containers and a row of armed guards waited near the back wall. Razor-Fist did not rush them. He let them see both blades clearly while he crossed the wet concrete.
"Where's my money?!"
"After what I did to your old man? The way he begged for mercy and I laughed in his face? What kind of a son are you?"
