She was only meant to do simpler jobs but after Strade noticed her crush on him he began praising her, giving her special treatment, and promoted her to be a scout. (Strade was manipulating her so she'd do what he wanted). Soon though, after the war they went on a final scout mission and Strade ordered Raven to hurt a civilian, but she refused and said they weren't carrying a weapon so they began to physically fight. The fight ended in Raven half dead, leading her to go to an emergency personality back up area and implanting her soul into a pendant. The pendant then somehow found its way to Earth and Farz bought it from a shady place. Raven felt strangely attached to Farz, so she began to enter his dreams and talk with him, and made her appearance look more appealing to him so she can get her way by making herself look slightly birdlike since Farz loves crows. She cannot leave his mind, and wants to “protect” him, even if it means tormenting and hurting people.”)
