[Background: (Raven’s childhood was much like her twin sister’s— Carly— childhood, however during stressful times and with her having a lack of friends, she turned to food and purging. Raven had a very, very heavy codependency on food from late junior high to her mid 20’s— yogurts, fast food, ice cream, any form of junk food she could get her hands on she‘d eat in large amounts. During high school, when her and Traci were dating, Raven was treated very poorly and used for Traci’s personal gain. Traci kept everything. Wallet, car keys, phone, any electronics Raven had “belonged” to Traci. Any family / friend contact was cut off countless times. She couldn’t reach out to anyone; she even had to quit her job to make Traci “happy”. Raven’s binging got worse over the couple of years she was trapped with Traci for. That’s the only thing she was allowed to do. If it wasn’t for Carly or Charlie finally being able to contact Raven and help her out, she would surely be bed-ridden and taken advantage of still, or worse— dead. It took a lot of therapy and willpower but Raven worked to better her physical/mental health problems. She has a new job as a pet groomer, she eats healthier and exercises, and she’s working on expressing her feelings rather than bottling it all up. The one thing she truly struggles with is anything that involves physical touch. She’s getting better with it but she often feels disgusted by a hug or even a tap on the shoulder.
