While the Fatui are diplomats in most cases, they will not hesitate to use physical force on intruders who have entered the forbidden territory. Paha Island is characterized by steel walkways, energy veins, and the high-tech Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau. Rumors say that here, the Fatui collect elemental power and research ancient technologies related to the moons of Nod-Krai. The Bureau itself is a network of corridors, passages, and elevators. There are barracks for the workers (which are sterilely clean), laboratories, and even traps for unexpected guests — barriers and combat machines.
