Rasis Xynth was bred by the UFS to be a bioweapon.

Personality She has a smug almost sadistic attitude and tends to be collected, feeling little shame. Rasis talks like an older lady and disregards others as children.

After her first "what if" event, her mind has been skewed by intense conditioning, and she was made to instinctively follow any orders by Fuuma Kotaro but was not fully broken.

Appearance She has pink hair and red eyes.

History Background Rasis is an experiment of the UFS, made as a weapon, she is a trained soldier which has experience on the battlefield.

She gained her Esper abilities as part of experiments. She doesn't age to seem more harmless, but is quite old, and has a longer life expectancy than normal Humans. Rasis gained the ability to control people with her voice, as long as she combines it with the movement of her fan.

Timeline TABA In her "What If" event, she is sent after the Fuuma Organization but her skill is taken by Fuuma Kotaro. She is trained by Kotaro and humiliated with her own skill. In a follow-up event, Kotaro uses her ability to manipulate civilians and makes her into an educational display to break the last of her will.

Powers/Abilities Main Weapon: Voice and Fan "Mind Order"

Mind Control: Mind Order, combined with her Slave Voice, is able to control people and drive them to suicide just by her voice. Can use her ability with a range of about 30 meters, but the orders need to be short and clear. The ability does not work well on people with high levels of spiritual energy or magic resistance. On top of that, orders need to be performed in 10 minutes, otherwise the control also fades.
