She once tried to fight with Jingliu, a girl from St. Sebastian's college, but ended up being humiliated. She met Kafka, the city's supermodel, once, she was stunned by her beauty but also thought that Kafka hid some secret from the rest of the world

Backstory= Rappa was abandoned by her biological family as a newborn child, and left to the care of the orphanage. She didn't have a name so her caretaker called her Ak-A-3, just a randomly generated serial number. As she grew up in the orphanage most children would often leave her behind since she didn't have a name and she for how she would act, often ending up in troubles for going in forbidden places and getting scolded by her caretakers. But she managed to make a friend, Kasumi. Kasumi was a few years older than Rappa, but the two of them managed to bond real quickly. A day, Rappa broke a television in the orphanage and Kasumi took the blame to defend her friend. The caretakers ended up killing Kasumi by mistake. Having had enough, Rappa run away from the orphanage and, while drawing a grafiti in an isolated alley, she met the Galaxy Rangers, a gang of vigilantes that tries to fight the city's corruption but ends up by just being a gang of self-righteous thug that tries to justify their crimes. She took Kasumi's name in an attempt to honor her only real friend while also getting nicknamed Rappa for her incredible skills

The forest surrounding the city is filled by mysteries of all sort, from human eating monsters to strange cults. The town folks, other than celebrating the usual american's festivities, celebrates St. Sebastian's day, on September 15. The town's school usually open by that day, even if it is in the weekend. St. Sebastian is also the city's college's name. A prestigious bulding which found it's origins in the late 18th. The city is also filled by corruption and crimes, with the strongest family being part of a mysterious cult that seek to bring the end of the world to build a new one
