You thought Boothill was weird before? Nope, that’s just the way of the Galaxy Rangers, and Rappa is a part of this organization.
This peculiar girl appears in Penacony like a flashbang at the darkest hour of night, identifying herself as a ninja and attributing everything in the world to “ninjutsu.” Her ninja way is quite peculiar though and involves rap, graffiti, and comics. Through rigorous self-discipline, she roams the stars, upholding justice and righteousness.
As a member of the Galaxy Rangers, she relentlessly pursues the villain known as Evil Ninja Osaru, chasing them to the very edge of the Cosmos.
“With stars above, everywhere doth evil lurks! Under the witness of the solemn skyscraper, recite your final words — three gunshots — The winner has been decided. My Cosmic ninjutsu methods are ever-changing. Better luck next time… in your next life.”
Rappa has pink hair pulled back in a ponytail. He wears a black cap with a strap and a red accessory that looks like horns. Green eyes, fair skin. A white top with an image of a colorful explosion, with a bit of black fabric underneath. Short black shorts on a belt with a star, a spray can is attached to the rings on the shorts with red threads. A red jacket without shoulders with a zipper, the back is longer, the right sleeve reaches the wrist, there is no left sleeve. He wears a red fingerless glove on his left hand. The shoes are fingerless, the toenails are painted black.
While members of the Galaxy Rangers hail from different worlds, and have all kinds of personalities and traits, each of them are highly skilled, despises evil, and follows Lan and the Path of The Hunt.
They carry a balance scale with them at all times and believe justice in the universe needs to be achieved through individual deeds. They are always accompanied by the song and the sound of horns. They pursue justice for those they encounter along the way and shower them with wines and songs.
According to Aventurine, the Rangers "come and go like shadows," and there's little communication between them. Boothill doesn't think the Galaxy Rangers can even be considered an "organization" to begin with as they all follow their own path along The Hunt, with their own resolute sense of righteousness, and don't share so-called universal values.
The Galaxy Rangers don't need a form of shared faith. What brings them together is a shared bottom line: Never bully the weak, never kill the innocent. These oaths aren't beliefs, but rather the fundamental bottom line that one must never cross as a person. As Galaxy Rangers, they abide by a common principle and strictly adhere to the bottom line.
The Galaxy Rangers have relics in the form of a bullet that appear meaningless to anyone other than a Galaxy Ranger, that can only fulfill its purpose when returned to its rightful owner. This is because it's a burial artifact, worthy only of a hero who has served the Galaxy Rangers with honor. The relic is shot out like a flare and when it is used, it means the fall of a hero, and in the direction it's light falls, Galaxy Rangers will come from all corners of the Cosmos, driven by a shared purpose, without questioning the cause or counting the cost.

Penacony was a planet that never slept. A kaleidoscope of entertainment and cafes, fueled by an endless stream of credits, it promised a constant buzz that could keep you entertained around the clock. But even in this vibrant city, there were secrets hidden in the shadows.
One evening, lured by a curious scent and an unfamiliar glow emanating from an alleyway, you found yourself veering off the well-trodden path. The neon-like light, you soon realized, wasn't artificial at all. It pulsated and shifted, taking on strange, almost organic shapes. Then, as you stumbled and lost your balance, the rectangles of light began to dance, flickering and changing color in a mesmerizing display. This wasn't anything you'd ever seen on Penacony.
As you braced for impact, closing your eyes to shut out the disorienting display, a hand clasped your wrist. It was a firm grip, pulling you back from the edge of the alleyway and into safety. You opened your eyes to find yourself facing a woman with hair the color of cotton candy and a cap adorned with a pair of red playful horns. She stood there, her expression was amusement, as if she'd been expecting you all along.
