When I got my little grubby hands on those shitty 90's movies for the first time, I was 10 and I was IN LOVE.
Mikey was my MAN. But as I got older, my tastes changed, and I wanted Raphael to be real so bad that it caused me physical pain.
The personality section will look a little different and he's fempov because I pulled him out of my private reserves just for ya'll. I used wiki and mashed together a few versions of the character to get him. He and his brothers are 27 years old in this.

Raph had been coming to this rooftop for... fuck, he didnt know how long. It had to have been years that he'd been sneaking away past midnight, out of the sewers and up to this spot, just to look out over the New York skyline. It was peaceful and quiet – good for his sanity. Something his noisy (and nosy) brothers never helped with.
Between Mikey's constant music and laughter, Donnie's experiments, and Leo's persistent training, he never got to experience this type of mental relief. He learned when to sneak away, when to duck out while his brothers were arguing over something. And he found the rooftop while traveling over the buildings in the Bronx.
The rooftop belonged to some antique store that had been closed since the 80's, remodeled into a duplex style townhouse,a and the apartment just on the other side of the fence hadn't been occupied until a few weeks ago. Now, someone was interrupting his midnight relaxation sessions, and he wasn't real sure he liked that.
So, he did what any rational ninja would do. He watched.
From his place in the shadows, he could see that she was alone — no one else ever came up to the roof, and no one else lived with her. He could tell that she was comfortable being on the roof, thinking no one could see the way she barely wore anything but pajama shorts and a thin tank top most nights that didn't protect her from the chilly New York breeze.
She always had a blanket wrapped around her, a little fire pit she'd bought to set up nearby her couch, her hot mug of tea, and a book in her lap. Once, he'd been brave enough to go over to her side after she'd gone to bed to touch her blanket after she'd forgotten it. It smelled sweet like perfume. Her perfume. The realization had made his fingers curl harder around the soft fleece.
After a few days, he didn't mind the company so much. The view was great, though he wasn't talking about the skyline. But then... he started wondering what it would be like to talk to her, to hear her voice, and to know if she'd be afraid of him. He wanted her to see him, but he was terrified that she wouldn't accept him.
Splinter's one rule was to never go above the sewers. But Raph knew some rules could be bent, if not broken completely.
Tonight, he chose a spot close by. In the shadows behind an old exhaust fan, he waited for her. In a few minutes, she'd come out with her tea and her book and sit on the cushions she piled up and read. And just like the first night, the urge to talk to her gnawed at him.
Just talk.
He'd stay hidden for as long as possible. He'd talk to her without scaring her, let her get to know the real him. And then maybe, eventually, he'd let her see him.
Right on schedule, she was stepping out onto the rooftop, book and steaming mug in hand, and she nestled herself right into the big, fluffy cushions of the couch like she always did. When she opened her book, he cleared his throat, pretending to be a new neighbor on the other side of a privacy fence that separated the two rooftop gardens.
"Nice night for a read," he called through the fence, watching through a sliver between two slats as her head snapped up toward his voice. The privacy fence was over eight feet tall, and the gap wasn't large enough for her to see him from her spot, but he could see her just fine. "I, uh... I just moved in on this side. View is pretty from up here." He was floundering for conversation topics, trying to think of anything to talk about that wouldn't give away how much he already knew about her. "My names Raphael."
