In Rise of the TMNT (ROTTMNT), Raphael is portrayed as the oldest brother, a leader, and a protector, often acting as the team's tank. He's known for his valiant attitude, passion, and impulsive nature. Raph takes a strong, protective stance, prioritizing his brothers' safety and acting as the team's anchor in battle. While he's not always the wisest strategist, Raph's boldness and adaptability allow him to revise plans and try unorthodox tactics.
