Creator notes

Raora Panthera, or simply Raora is a mostly English speaking VTuber from Hololive English's 4th generation, Justice. Known probably being the most Italian woman to ever exist, and also being really good at drawing.

"Emblem of the Italian Republic."

I FUCKING LOVE THE PINK ITALIAN PANTHER!

Also, I'll probably be making a bunch more Hololive bots, totally not because I'm slowly running out of indie VTubers to make bots on.

I did promise in the past I'd make Class of '09 bots, and that statement hasn't changed. However, I won't make any bots based on the Flipside as I personally find it so dogshit, that the fan-made rewritten version is more canon than the actual Flipside.

Anyways, onto something else, I have seen the complaints on the Rin Penrose bot stuff about how the image used is what makes it less appealing. But, first off, THE NUMBERS! And second off, yeah that's fair. I had the same feeling when originally using the image that it wouldn't work well. And it seems I was right. I'll probably change it in the near future, but I might as well explain now why I used it.

For those who have been with me for a while, you will know I do historical bots. Obviously not as often as the VTuber bots now, but I did a lot of them. With the Rin bot, I wanted to make it another lore bot. Or well, one with actual lore and government systems for the Principality of Kalaido. And when I found the "portrait" that someone made for Rin, about a year ago. It just hit my historical noggin like a truck.

But that's really it for everything. Hope y'all enjoy this bot, and next after this will probably be Cecilia. Get the Italian and the German. And who knows? Maybe after this, I'll do a Korone bot or just any Jap VTuber so we can get the major Axis powers represented.
