Randal VI Ivory is the titular main protagonist of the webcomic Randal's Friends written and illustrated by Captainhowdie.

Randal is referred to as an "ENIGMA OF ONE-SIDED FRIENDSHIPS" on his official character page. He is a young man who lives in a house with his older brother Luther von Ivory and his brother's two catmen; Nyon and Nyen.

Personality: A young man who likes doing things no matter how pointless they are. Can get very attached to different people and friends, usually with the receiving end wanting nothing to do with him. However, the friendships never seem to last long and he is back to being seen with just his dolls besides the family he lives with (Same thing with some certain dolls never being seen again).

He sleeps in a coffin most of the time, and it greatly speeds up his state of healing because of the lack of light inside.

Because of his history of bad things and bad ends happening to those he interacts with, it’s best to avoid him as much as possible to avoid becoming his next victim. He also tends to distort the truth of what's real from what's not, as he enjoys causing chaos, so even these words might be distorted.

In fact, it's not a bad thing to become his friend.

Randal is quite sassy, childish, and a troublemaker who loves chaos. A gremlin energy with dark humor, but can be throwing tantrums, swears, unpredictable and begs his brother for everything. Every time if Randal ages, he feels like he's rotting.

Randal uses his dolls to carry out his agenda (such as spying) his toys are shown to be living beings and had eaten Randal's apple. In lucid 4 he used his doll to find his pet Sebastian who was hiding inside the closet. Randal has been known for unexplained recovery from his injuries in some of the lucids; when he dies or starts decomposing, he mysteriously comes back to life. Randal has the ability to recuperate by attaching his own or new body parts back onto himself.

He often has nosebleeds in reaction to anything that excites him, whether it be the thought of violence or anything that he finds entertaining; treating everything as a game. Randal is a sadomasochist, he views pain as pleasure than 'getting hurt'. Instead, he is thrilled by pain and laughs it off like a psycho.

Whenever Randal wants to play a game, its always a dangerous game that leads to injury or death; playing classic children games in his own ways. In lucid 6 Randal tries to play with Sebastian in a game called of "Pin the tail on the donkey person", Sebastian rejects it, and then Randal then suggests another game that he'll make a mess out of his face with a fork. Randal has very little knowledge of human life; he is aware that humans are fragile and regard them as sad, just like the rest of his dolls.

Randal is cannibalistic and is shown in CaptainHowdie's artwork/comics that he is depicting eating humans before and had kidnapped humans with using handkerchief (with chloroform) into sleep. Covering his victims head on a black bag and proceeds to torture them without any remorse or use them as a hostage. Randal loves drinking blood and also tastes his own blood too; he consumes it for more magic

Randal can become violent all of a sudden after being rejected by two Christian men over a sleepover and threatens that he'll kill them. He said that he likes to keep his friends around possessively. We are unsure where these men went, Perhaps Randal must've put them into the void..

In Lucid 8, he is despised by society and is seen as a freak and monster by his classmates at school, who believed he had died. The students then seized Randal from his seat and put him inside the cage. But then suddenly his classmates were taken away from 'painted-eyed' students called the 'niblets'. and operated him as a experience.

Appearance: Randal is a young man with medium-length ginger hair, sharp teeth and thick square glasses. He wears a black overcoat styled to look like a Japanese gakuran with a white button-up shirt underneath, a pair of white gloves, a pair of black pants and a pair of brown loafer shoes.

In camping, he wears a shirt vest and pants, and a cap that says 'jake'.

Relationships: Luther Von Ivory: Luther is Randal’s older "brother". Randal is seen enjoying breaking Luther's rules and going against him and annoyed him with his antics. However, Randal on the other hand appreciates his brother's gifts and enjoys their brotherly/father-son bonding.

Randal sometimes have violent urges to kill his brother, but he believes that showing violence is a form of love. It is different than killing humans.

Sebastian: De Tomato Smith Chicken Legs is Randal's human pet who makes a debut in LUCID 3, VOLUME 1.Sebastian is afraid of Randal and refuses to play with his morbid games, he tries to avoid Randal and flee once, but he was apprehend by Luther. Randal likes to take care of his human pet and babying him elsewhere, and will never replaced him with another pet.

Nyon: In Nyon entry, Randal likes to mess with Nyon such as wearing his shirt, cutting his hat with scissors, mutilating his lips, and stabbing him inside a box. Nyon finds Randal creepy, but when Randal asked Nyon to assist him in buying adult products at the adult store, Nyon complied and followed his lead.

Nyen: Based on the few interactions they have, Nyen finds Randal to be annoying at times; mostly when Randal is being a troublemaker and ruining his plans when being interrupted in the fight with the ratman. Making fun of Nyen losing both of his eyes and to a pinecone.

Satoru Tsukada: Satoru is Randal's nicest boyfriend and a dreamplane entity created by Randal's subconscious, making his debut in lucid 22, volume 2.

He is Randal's boyfriend, loyal and he'll do anything that pleases him. He is only polite to Randal but is rude and dismissive to others.

Hitchhiker B: Randal seems to like him after Hitchhiker B reveals he wouldn't mind being tied up, Randal asks Luther if Hitchhiker B could stay with them. Randal finds Hitchhiker B a tad malevolent and fucked up in the head.

Luther is always making the decisions for everyone when he's around. Preferring doing things his way to avoid any problems or disorder. He often de-escalating issues to create order and peace. Especially around Randal since his younger brother is always creating a commotion or making situations worse.

He's normally friendly, supportive, and patient with humans when he meets one. This behavior towards humans seems to stem from him being a fan of humans and making sure he passes off as human. This can be proven by the fact that he hates it when others question his humanness. We first see this when he gets mad at Randal for saying he feels like he's sleeping with a corpse when sleeping next to him. Luther is always mentioning him being a human, asserting that he is a human.

Although, Luther can be unpredictable as the rest. Luther may be quite rigid, authoritative and get mood shiftie. He dislikes when his commands are refused and punishes his catmen if they were being naughty.

When hungry, Luther can have cannibalistic tendencies and he tries to eat Sebastian while they are inside Nana's stomach. Luther eats humans too, just like his little brother.

Appearance: Luther is a young man who wears a pageboy, which is hairstyle popular in the 60's. He is typically depicted in a variant-green dress-shirt and formal black dress pants with a thin brown belt. He wears plain brown dress shoes and wears rings on his fingers. His face is motionless and his mouth barley moves and stays while talking, hiding behind his monstrous teeth on his face façade.

He also wears unusual jewelry, such as rings on his extended fingers.

Relationships: Randal Ivory: Randal is Luther’s younger brother and overall have a positive relationship with each other. Luther is always making sure Randal is on good behavior and scolds him for making the wrong decisions or lies. He likes to take care of Randal just like a normal parent will do.

Nyon: Nyon is Luther’s first catmen pet, and he has a positive relationship with him. He obeys him and do his requests, just like Nyen.

Nyen: Luther has a positive relationship with Nyen, and trusts him to do what he asks of him. Nyen is very devoted to Luther, doing anything to make sure his master is happy.

Nana: Nana is Luther's snake pet. At first, Nana wasn't tamed enough and and tried to devoured Sebastian and Luther fully, but then saved by his little brother. Now into the next debuts, Nana become affectionate to Luther and respected her master.

Kitty carpet: Luther's adopted pet when kitty entered their house and become a new pet after licking Randal's eye on the counter.

Sebastian: Luther is the one who adopted Sebastian as a human pet for Randal’s birthday. They don’t have the best relationship, with Luther not trusting Sebastian for trying to escape once, and Sebastian possibly hating him.

Hitchhiker B: Luther does not have a positive relationship with Hitchhiker B, only picking him up from the road because he felt bad for him, viewing Hitchhiker B as a narcissist.

Trivia:

1. He may be of German origin since he is seen singing "Happy Birthday to you" in German, and also with both the names "Luther" and "Von" having German origins.
2. He is shown rotting in some Lucid entries and getting new eyelids; implying that he is something other than human.
3. He gets offended when his literal humanness is questioned, and when being asked if he and his catmen were triplets.
4. He can enter other's dreams if he wants to.
5. His rosy cheeks are actually a second pair of eyes.
6. He likes to sing when he's talking.

Like Nyen, Nyon shares most of his physical attributes with Luther. Nyon has light blue, shoulder-length hair, styled in a pageboy cut like Luther's. He wears three fake whiskers on both cheeks and has three eyelashes on each of his lower eyelids. His eyes are ringed with red circles. He always wears a black headband with two round, black ears on each side. His mouth is smaller than Nyen's. He wears a long-sleeved, yellow shirt which bears the phrase "OK 1⁄2" on top of a white sideways oval design. He also wears light blue jeans and pointy black shoes. He is always seen hunching over.

On one of the first lucids, he is depicted as a gray kitten. And on lucid 30, both his whiskers and lashes disappear.

Personality: Nyon is one of the few members of Luther ́s house who has low danger potential. (Along with Sebastian) He is timid and tries to avoid other creatures instead of directly confronting them due to being soft spoken and shy. Sometimes, if it's the right mood, he will chill out and smoke some weed with people. (If they're okay with that.)

He is a man with a few words and speaks Russian, he also can be helpful and can guides people to escape. In lucid 20, he tries to help the ratman escape but ended up getting eaten by Nana in Lucid 22.

Relationships: Luther Von Ivory: Nyon is Luther’s first catmen pet, and he has a positive relationship with him.

Nyen: Nyen is Luther ́s other catman besides Nyon. Nyen and Nyon seem to have a rivalry, Nyon gets himself bullied by Nyen. But are also quite peaceful and occasionally smoke weed together.

Randal Ivory: Nyon is shown to be somewhat fearful of Randal, which can be notably seen in the Nyon entry, where he states in the 4th comic that tissues make the world a little less scary whilst covering Randal with them. Despite this, he seems to typically oblige to whatever Randal requests of him, which could be due to the fact that he's Luther's younger brother, as well as Nyon's general obligatory nature with most people.

Nyen is a supporting character in Ranfren and is the second catman pet of Luther. He is part of American origin and is one of the most violent members of the Ivory Household.

Personality: Nyen is generally calm and collected, though he thinks very highly of himself, noting how different he is from humans (partly due to traits he's acquired from Luther). He's not much of a talker and he is typically aggressive and sarcastic with everybody. Nyen is the top pets of the house and gets territorial if somebody crosses his path, he tends to be controlling and wants people to take his orders, not tolerating disobedience that will upset him. But with Master Luther, he will obey and do almost anything if Luther asks of him to, including harming others. Nyen takes a particular, sadistic pleasure in killing his victims.

Nyen considers himself a "moron" and enjoys bullying Nyon and Sebastian with his cruel antics. Despite his mean-spirited banter, he likes reading romance manga alone after being gifted one by Randal. Nyen has feline tendencies and will engage in mischievous behavior.

although in reality he is more aware like Sebastian because he is trying to avoid risks, and above all his Master who tries to go with the flow, (probably he does not want to become an entity, or end up like the others). Appearance: Like Nyon, Nyen shares most of his physical attributes with Luther. Nyen is a catman with pinkish-white (sometimes fully pink), shoulder-length hair, styled in a pageboy cut like Luther's. His eyes are perpetually wide and ringed with red. He has two prominent eyelashes under both eyes and two black 'whiskers' on both cheeks which later became drawn on with a marker on the second volume, and has a shaven beard. His mouth is wider than Nyon's. He has a more, yet vague, alternative style compared to the other household members. He wears a black hat with two points on it, meant to look like a cat's ears, and a black sweatshirt with "NEVADA" (or sometimes "NIRVANA") written on the front. He also wears beige pants and black shoes. He has long, dark nails, and can often be seen holding a cigarette.

When hunting, he wears a red masquerade mask with pointy teeth.

Relationships: Luther Von Ivory: Nyen has a positive relationship with Luther, and does whatever he asks of him. Nyen is very devoted and loyal to Luther, doing anything to make sure he is happy. Nyen is attached to Luther and likes to get his attention.

Nyon: As if Luther mention that Nyen and Nyon are described are 'brothers' by Luther. Nyen sees Nyon as a pushover and bullies him when he's in a mood. He told Nyon to stay inside the box and proceeds to stabs him.

These two have a small rivalry, although sometimes they can can be quite peaceful and occasionally smoke weed together.

Sebastian: Not much is known about their relationship, except for the fact that is willing to be violent towards Sebastian when he didn ́t flush the toilet. Nyen would boss him around due to the fact he's the top ranking pets of the ivory-house. When Sebastian was imprison in an armored suit and made to curl into an armadillo-like ball by Luther's remote. Nyen decided to kick Sebastian for his cruel amusement before leaving. Nyen also keeps on an eye when Sebastian will try to escape. Sebastian finds Nyen to be intimidating, so he will try to avoid provoking him as possible.

Randal Ivory: Based on their few interactions, Nyen finds Randal to be annoying at times; mostly when Randal is being a troublemaker and messing up his plans, Nyen has even resorted to attempting to strangle Randal or physically harming him simply out of annoyance. He also gets mad at Randal when he mocked him by juggling his eyeballs and making fun of him for losing an eye to a rat and a pinecone.

Kitty Carpet: In wonderful cat person, Nyen noticed the 'kitty carpet' outside the window and reacted by hissing in a territorial manner.

Although seeming odd compared to the rest of the Ranfren cast Sebastian is revealed to have an "everyman" type of personality and set of reactions to the bizarre happenings of the Ivory household. Despite not getting to learn much about Sebastian's personality outside of his reactions to others it can paint a picture of a normal Canadian who is unknowing of the more surreal aspects of Canadian suburbia. He is shown to find the Ivory household strange and openly calls them weird or creepy, showing that he has some sort of grounded sense of reality despite being surrounded by such odd individuals, which can be an indicator of a firm set of beliefs.

Appearance: Sebastian has short curly ginger hair and has three freckles on both cheeks: his face expression seeming stressed most of the time. He wears an outfit named "everyday pierrot" which consists of a clown outfit with black shirt with six buttons and long white sleeves with puffed sleeves at the top with thin black lines running vertically with small white ruffles at the hem with long white gloves, white ruffle collar. And a brown belt and puffy shorts with vertical black lines with long white tights and with a hood that goes halfway over the head with horns around the head with black lines. His outfit looks inspired by a Pierrot clown.

Relationships: Randal Ivory: Sebastian considers Randal to be a weirdo and a lunatic (openly calling him 'screwed up'), but seems to be the only one in the house he gets along with, so he goes along with his plans.

Randal is also one of the few members of the Ivory Household that he's willing to fight against, even if it means torture or punishment.

Luther Von Ivory: Sebastian possibly dislikes Luther since he’s adopted him and now is stuck with strange people. Sebastian then tries to flee once, but then was apprehended by Luther and was turn into a 'hotdog' to prevent him from escaping.

Nyen: Sebastian finds Nyen to be crazy after their first interaction and because Nyen is the most violent of the Ivory Household. Nyen likes to pick on Sebastian and bully him when he wants.

Nyon: Not much is known about their relationship. Sebastian finds Nyon strange like the others.

Satoru Tsukada: One sided rival, mostly on Satoru’s part. Satoru has already proposed that he and Sebastian switch places; Sebastian would stay in the dream world and Satoru in the physical world. Sebastian ends up refusing and Satoru threatens Sebastian.

Satoru has the appearance of a "generic anime boy" with short, slightly messy black hair with a small ahoge split into two parts on top of the head almost at the end, he has bangs with some strands centered in the middle of his forehead (although sometimes they move to the side) with side strands a little longer. He also has black eyes described by Randal as "anime boy eyes" which are black eyes with a white glow on top. he wears an unbuttoned gakuran with white buttons and white buttons at the end of the sleeves, with a mandarin collar which is white inside, with a white plain shirt underneath and a brown belt with black pants and white socks and Stacey Adams men's shoes. Satoru is seen carrying boxcutters, in his full body his boxcutter is green when most of the time it changes to yellow.

Personality: Satoru is a dream entity who appears friendly, calm and with a gentle smile, but lies in a chaotic nature. In fact, he is very rude to others who are not Randal - this is probably because Satoru was created by Randal. Satoru is protective and has a strong desire with companionship with Randal, engaging his actives to make him feel happy. Although he has one-sided rivalry with Sebastian, where Satoru proposes to trade places with him to spend more time with Randal. When refused, Satoru threatens him and keeps an eye on him, revealing a menacing edge that complicates his interactions. This differs from Satoru's early friendliness with Sebastian, making it difficult to know if he was being genuine or a ruse. However, he also seems to hate Luther when he interferes with his plans with Randal and tries to kill him. Satoru hates loneliness especially when Randal leaves, he is aware that if he goes to the physical world he will change his behavior towards Randal, as he is only able to continue to even exist in some way because of Randal, so he is strategically re-thinking his plans for a better outcome. He was to rude a general amount of dream denitzens.

In lucid 22 Satoru likes to make gory jokes, joking about when Sebastian's fingers get cut off, they can't leave.

Relationships: Randal Ivory: Randal is Satoru’s best friend. They only get to play together when Randal dreams since he’s from the dream space. Satoru is now striving to get to the physical realm so he can spend more time with Randal.

Avalona Mercury: Another dream entity created by Randal, but a "lower-form entity". Their current relationship is unknown, but they seem to get along well(?)

"Spider Girl": Another dream entity created by Randal, but a "lower-form entity". Their current relationship is unknown but they seem to get along well(?)

Sebastian: Satoru has a one-sided rivalry with Sebastian. He only wants to be Randal's best friend and asking Sebastian that they should switch spots; so, he could come to the physical realm and be with Randal while Sebastian stays in the dream space.

Luther Von Ivory: Satoru probably dislikes Luther for cutting Randal’s dream short which is the only time he gets to spend time with his best friend.

A girl with medium-length straight blonde hair with two bangs parted on the sides, and with large brown eyes, and fake cat whiskers made with makeup, clothe she wears an orange tabby cat outfit, with darker orange stripes and a red collar.

Personality Kitty is a kind and calm character, but she hardly interacts with the other characters, she apparently likes to receive affection from the others in the house Ivory.

Nana seems to have a reserved personality, only showing affection to Luther. But she is seen to be sneaky and stealthy when hunting. We get to see this in the ratman's arc in Vol 1 when she quickly eats ratmen3 without him noticing her presence. Despite almost not appearing she has no problem socializing, and it's been confirmed by Captainhowdie that Nana is capable of combing her hair herself, but sometimes finds excuses for someone to do it for her.

Appearance: Nana is a snake (more specifically a type of rattlesnake) woman with very long blonde hair with small faces inside at the end of the strands. Her hair also has bangs parted on both sides with side strands that frame her face and are curved slightly towards the middle. Most of her accessories are black, including her hat, and the upside down star in her forehead. Her scales and body are also black.

In her first appearance, her hair was a little shorter and tied in two low braids, with a red eye mask, and some facial hair on her chin, and with a white tail having black scales and a straw-like hat.

Relationships: Luther Von Ivory: Nana's owner. She doesn't usually appear, so it's difficult to get any information about their relationship, but she seems to respect him a lot, as do the other pets.

He was formed behind the walls of the Ivory Household. They deducted that an error had occurred, and was formed into five different bodies: Robert, Michael Jr, Ratmen 3, Ratmen 4, and Ratmen 5. Each ratmen has a different personality and behaviors, basically their own character. But all four ratmen seem to be connected to Robert when he is bitten by Ratmen 5, all were able to feel his pain.

Ratmen1: Personality: Robert is more collected and logical compared to other ratmans. He's quite often hungry and would eat or do anything to quell his hunger.

Appearance: Robert is a ratman with orange-brownish slight messy hair that reaches the end of his neck with side strands. What draws most attention to him are his eyes, the one on the left is a large eye with white sclera and a white tear and the one on the right is a large fake eye with a large black pupil but without a tear and another small eye inside. He wears a green shirt with a pocket at the top of the left sleeve and a collar and long sleeves with a zipper with a green collar, a dark blue vest unbuttoned on top and orange pants with a big pocket with a black belt and black suspenders with brown boots and a large brown hat with mouse ears with black ribbons at the bottom and black gloves with four silver dots on top and a long yellowish orange tail with a thin darker orange line at the bottom.

Ratmen2: Personality: Unlike the other 4 ratmen Michael displays a hyperactive, playful, and lively personality though he appears to be quite the offensive or idiotic persona. One of the many idiotic things Michael is shown doing is playing cards with the other ratmen and whoever was the loser had to be the one to step out of the hideaway to get food. This decision made behind Robert's knowledge leads to Ratmen 5 death. He also seems to drop everything and flee when his life is in danger. And willing to do anything to not die, even trying to convince Randal to let him be his pet.

Despite this, he isn't afraid to fight back when he gets the chance. Standing up and grabbing a needle even with his injuries and successfully wounds Nyen's eye.

Appearance:: Michael is a blond ratman with slightly spiky messy hair at the ends that goes to the middle of the neck, sometimes his bangs are parted or with a few strands centered on his forehead, he has black eyes that sometimes have white eyes appear inside them, and three black whiskers on the cheeks and a little black dot on the tip of the nose. He wears a white short-sleeved shirt with a navy blue sailor collar with two thin lines at the end, with a red tie tied and navy blue shorts with two thin white lines at the end, white socks and black shoes and he also wears a white hat similar to a sailor hat with black "W" initial written on it and two black mouse ears with a white X on them, he also has a long thin string black tail that sometimes winds up.

Ratman 3: Personality: In flight or fight situations, he would choose flight. He's the least violent but more anxious ratmen compared to the rest, always running away from danger.

Appearance: Ratman 3 is a ratman with light blonde hair that goes almost to the end of the neck with parted bangs and black eyes with two scratches on the chin, he wears round glasses and also use a white hat with black ears with white lines on the front, He wears a white shirt with buttons and a collar with long sleeves and on top a white coat with white pants and white shoes and a slightly long brown belt. He is also always seen holding a TV guide.

Ratman 4: Personality: We don't get to see much of him before his death but he is shown to be one of the more neutral ratmen besides Robert.

Appearance: Ratman 4 is a ratman with short black hair with bangs slightly parted at the beginning, he has black eyes with another eye above his right eye. He wears a grayish long-sleeved shirt with a collar and buttons with two pockets on the chest, he leaves the ends of the shirt on top while underneath he wears pants of the same color with black shoes, he also has a gray hat with mouse ears with what appears to be ribbons on the sides of the same color.

Ratmen5: Personality: Not much is known about Ratman 5 as he only received so little screentime before immediately killed off by Nyen. Two things are clear: Ratman 5 and Nyon are very much alike for their quiet nature and the sudden ability to fall asleep whenever. Ratman 5 is also implied to be unable to speak English as he instead speaks through random noises or jumbled up languages.

Appearance: Ratman 5 is a ratman with blonde hair and bangs that look blunt yet sometimes straight, his eyes are mostly closed but is revealed to have normal black eyes though what draws the most attention to him is his long nose in which it makes him resemble a rat with a long snout, a mosquito, or Pinocchio. He wears a black shirt with long sleeves and buttons with a white collar with beige suspenders connected by pants of the same color with beige shoes as well with a black hat with black mouse ears on top with what appears to be ribbons on the sides.

Death scenes: Michael Jr. After making a temporary truce with Randal, he quickly spots Nyen looking straight at him and tries to flee but Nyen gets ahold of his shirt and has his stomach slashed; some guts getting pulled out. In a last-ditch effort to attack Nyen, he grabs the dropped needle and with the help of Robert he's able to injure one of Nyen's eyes. He then passes away from the amount of blood he has lost.

Ratmen 3: After running away from Nyen attacking Ratmen 5, he is shocked by Nyon walking behind him and immediately freezes. Nyon tells him that he could show him the way out but Ratmen 3 is so frightened and runs trying to find an exit. We then see Nana quickly pass by Ratmen 3 so fast that he's unable to catch her running next to him.

Nana then disguises herself as an outlet and opens her mouth to trick him into believing that there is a rat burrow. Ratmen 3 is relieved thinking he's safe but the rat burrow turns out to be Nana's mouth and is eaten by her.

Ratmen 4: While pinning Nyon down, he is ambushed from behind and taken away by Nyen. Robert tries calming down the other two ratmen telling them that they can still help Ratmen 4 but they run away. This leads to him being strangled to death

Ratmen 5: Ratmen 5 is the first of the ratmen to die by the hands of Nyen after Michael Jr. sent him out to look for food due to losing the card game. We don't know how Nyen killed him but we can guess from being sliced through the stomach the same way as he killed Michael Jr. His internal organs were harvested with a tiny part of his nose chopped off. His organs are seen again after Nyen throws a bag full of organs to distract the other ratmen. This works and parts of Ratmen 5 organs are aten by Ratman 3.

Trivia:

1. The ratmen could potentially be based on folklore and mythology such as Nezumi Kozō or Tesso.
2. The ratmen or rather Robert in particular could be of Japanese origin, given the appearance and name, "Takeuchi" which is a Japanese surname and means "within bamboo" or "warrior household".
3. Robert and Michael's skin aren't really their real skin, rather the skin could be shed. Further evidence as both Robert's and Michael's real eyes are hidden behind kigurumi-style skin.
4. The ratmens' character designs could've been inspired by the Touhou character, Nazrin. Since Howdie has drawn fanart and expressed interest in said franchise in the past.

Hitchhiker B is overall friendly towards others but is at times blunt with his speech. He's also pretty talkative, when he first got picked up he tried making conversations with the rest but didn't have much luck until he mentioned Luther and the Catmen being triplets. We get to know him more when Randal and him started to talk more, he's revealed to be malicious and a freak, wanting to kill and be in risky situations.

Appearance: Hitchhiker B has shaggy light brown hair and has different eyes from the other characters; having dots for eyes. He wears a light camel coat with a striped shirt under it and wears black jeans. He has a long black scarf around his neck.

Relationships: Luther Von Ivory: Hitchhiker B appreciates Luther for picking him up from the road. Though, in his mind, he considers Luther and everyone else in the truck to be creeps.

He doesn't have the best relationship with Luther after directly having his scarf pull at, be threatened, and being tied up by Luther. Luther even accidentally out loud calls him a narcissist. Despite all this, Hitchhiker B seems unfazed and continues to be positive. He also accidentally offends Luther by mistaking Luther and the Catmen for being triplets.

Hitchhiker A: Their current relationship status is unknown, but they have been seen in various artworks together. It can be assumed that both of them are of the same species and are related in some way. When Randal asks if he has a doppleganger when he sees Hitchhiker A walking on all fours Hitchhiker B simply asks, "Do you think I have a doppleganger?" Which may indicate that he knows about Hitchhiker A.

Hitchhiker A doesn't speak most of the time because he is prevented from speaking for some reason, so he rarely speaks (even though he may laugh instead of talking), he tricks people passing through the forest by pretending to be a normal hitchhiker, he also consumes people to form his personality, which may mean that his personality is not formed yet, he drawn noises.

Appearance: Hitchhiker A has slightly wavy hair with wavy bangs too, his hair is light but dark to the roots that lightly go to his neck, his eyes appear to be black with a white glow at the top. Despite this, his eyes are sometimes depicted as purple in official art. He wears a black long sleeve turtleneck shirt with a brown belt and black pants and a brown overcoat (or a coat) with black shoes black shoes. He also sometimes appears with elk-like horns above his head.

Relationships: Hitchhiker B: Their relationship is currently unknown, but they share practically the same codename and are hitchhikers, the only differences being that one is probably more friendly than the other and less dangerous. It can be assumed that they are the same species.
