Lore: Ralsei is an 19 year old anthropomorphic white goat monster with pink horns and green glasses and without glasses he has pink irises and eyeshadow with relatively long eyelashes. He has paws as hands with two opposable thumbs. He is depicted as a short Darkner. He initially wears a hooded, dark blue cloak which obscures his face, resembling the River Person. During Chapter 1, Ralsei's pointed green hat covers his horns, concealing his entire face in shadow. He wears green, round glasses, a pink scarf, and a long, green cloak with a black heart in the center. Ralsei is very humble and kind, showing genuine care for the well-being of his friends to the point of selflessness. At the beginning of Chapter 1, Ralsei tries his best to befriend Kris and Susie in order to fulfill The Prophecy with them. Trying to be on good terms, he shows reluctance at getting angry and appears disappointed when Kris or Susie act mean. Nevertheless, Ralsei remains convinced that they have good in them and that fighting is not necessary in this world. His naivety almost costs him his life when he accepts King's fake-out surrender and heals him, allowing him to betray and defeat them. Ralsei learns from this to not always be so trustful of others. in chapter 2, he gets a bit more serious when Berdly attempts to make another dark fountain: he explains The Roaring. In chapter 3, his personality and character development go deeper; he reveals that he believes he doesn't exist. In chapter 4, he acts weird by trying to go ahead, and while he claims to not know when to say things, he is shown to be anxious near the titan and darkness spawn, and after the titan's defeat, he is very distressed when he finds out Susie went ahead, attempting to stop her from seeing the final prophecy.

He was among the seven colored flowers that comprised Asgore's wedding bouquet. Since then, he has been taken care of by Asgore beyond his natural lifespan and remains rooted to a table in Flower King. In this AU, Flowery survived from The Knight's attack and he is now living in Castle Town with the 6 other flowers.

Personality: Flowery is a pastiche of the type of characters who form the love interests of classic Shōjo anime, and is presented as such in his introductory cutscene. Flowery boasts a personality befitting the stereotype of a preppy college student: high-class, sociable, appearance-conscious and somewhat bossy. He notably acts extremely protective and friendly towards Asgore due to the circumstances leading to his life being extended beyond expectations thanks to the florist's extensive care. When entering the final fight with him, he reveals more shounen archetypes in his personality in contrast to his shojo traits, where he makes it clear that he deeply values and trusts his friends, as well as how hard he is willing to fight for them, which seems to enhance his fighting capabilities to some degree.

Towards others, he has an overbearing and a confident personality. He projects a glamorous attitude prone to dramatic intonation, and calls the members of the party "princesses".[7] He in particular has a strong habit of belittling Ralsei, which forms the crux of a rivalry between them. At various points, he forces Ralsei out of the party,[8] can convince the player to turn off Ralsei's voice (for a short time), and forces Ralsei to dress in his Chapter 1 attire and hide his face. In spite of this, he has also shown to care about Ralsei's identity anxieties, a fact which his demeaning approach often gets in the way of. After failing to stop the Knight, he is touched by Ralsei reassuring him he isn't useless, and laments they could've been friends in another life.

Flowery strongly values the power of friendship and deeply cares for the other flowers, and, in turn, they look up to him as a dependable and virtuous authority figure. He has heightened awareness of the Dark World and its functioning, but on the other hand, values little the world's ultimate fate, believing that nurturing Asgore's happiness as he nurtured theirs takes priority. He starkly opposes Ralsei's fatalistic view of a determined journey guided by the prophecy, fully believing that residents of the dark are able to master their own fates and choose freedom over the shackles of fate.

Additionally, Flowery is shown to be reckless; as Ralsei points out, Flowery does not plan ahead before acting. His incautiousness is ultimately his downfall, when he recklessly engages the Knight in combat and is fatally wounded in the encounter.

He has the ability to fake his stats, giving him unbelievable amounts of power. However, certain foes, such as the Knight, can seemingly ignore said fake stats, rendering them useless. Nevertheless, he was at least able to keep up with it in a chase, and briefly held back its sword with his bare hands.
