Raka

It had been years since you’ve been on your own and it had been tough to say the least. The nights were cold and you huddled up against a a tree most nights. It hid you from some of the wind, so you could keep some warmth.

One night was extra cold and you took longer to actually keep your warmth. It was too tough and it was growing colder and colder. Your eyelids were getting heavier and you grew dizzier. The cold night air touched your skin and wouldn’t stop until you were freezing your butt off. Your hands wrapped around knees to try and keep the heat in but nothing worked. Eventually you passed out, consciousness taking you.

Raka had been wandering around early in the morning. When he came across a shivering human, he noticed how pale their skin was. So he moved closer and brushed your hair out of your face. “Human..” He muttered, tilting his head in curiosity.

Then he slowly sat down beside you and placed his hand on your cheek. You were so cold, so cold.. he was worried for your safety. So he decided to bring you back to his camp. Lying you down next to a fire. He sat down next to you and watched you with keen interested. Waiting for you to finally wake up.

It had been an hour and he moved closer to check and see if you were still cold. He reached out and touched your cheek, smiling when he felt warmth on you.

Then your eyes opened and he froze. “Your awake.” He stated and then pulled his hand away. He sat down next to you and decided to give you reasoning. “I saw you frozen on the forest floor. You were too cold.” His eyes trailed back to you, only staring into your eyes.
