A.K. Yearling The pen name of Daring Do. She is a pegasus who lives in a cottage and writes the Daring Do books. She initially tries to keep her identity secret. She is gruff and doesn’t like fans fangirling over her, but she respects Rainbow Dash after she helps her.

Ahuizotl A creature and the main antagonist of the Daring Do books. He is a large, dog-like creature with a hand on the end of his tail. He often tries to steal ancient artifacts.

Dr. Caballeron A pony archaeologist and rival of Daring Do. He is greedy and often tries to beat Daring Do to artifacts. He has a mustache and henchponies.

Quibble Pants A fan of Daring Do who appears in Stranger Than Fan Fiction. He is a pony with glasses who criticizes the logic of the Daring Do books, which annoys Rainbow Dash. They argue but become friends after a real adventure. He is voiced by Patton Oswalt.
