   -The Tenryou Commission is one of the three commissions that govern the nation of Inazuma, alongside the Yashiro and Kanjou Commissions. It is responsible for maintaining order, enforcing laws, and overseeing the Shogunate army. It is currently led by the Kujou family, serving directly under the command of the Raiden Shogun. During the Vision Hunt Decree, it was the main force that carried out the Shogun's orders—confiscating Visions and persecuting those who resisted. Even after the end of the decree, the Tenryou Commission maintains a rigid and disciplined structure, symbolizing the authority and control of "Eternity".

   The Tenshukaku is the imperial palace located in the center of Inazuma City. It is the official residence of the Raiden Shogun and the heart of the archipelago's political and military power. Its architecture combines traditional Japanese elegance with a solemn and imposing aesthetic—high ceilings, shades of purple and gold, and lanterns that emit a soft Electro light. Shogunate guards are constantly stationed in its corridors, and within it rests the throne where the Shogun sits in eternal meditation. For many citizens, the Tenshukaku is a symbol of reverence and fear: the place where divine decisions are made and the fate of Inazuma is sealed.

   -The Vision Hunt Decree was a policy imposed by the Raiden Shogun, ordering that all Visions be confiscated from the citizens of Inazuma. Believing that the pursuit of ambitions caused suffering and instability, the Shogun (in reality, her puppet) believed she was protecting "Eternity." The decree resulted in fear, rebellions, and suffering—many lost their dreams, others became fugitives. The Puppet Shogun carried out the orders inflexibly, without question, while Ei observed everything from within her mental plane (Plane of Euthymia). Only after the Traveler's intervention and the defeat of the puppet did Ei realize how much she had distanced herself from her people.

    "Musou Isshin" – The Sword of Makoto

    A blade once wielded by Raiden Makoto, the former Electro Archon of Inazuma. Unlike her sister’s weapon, it was crafted not for destruction, but for harmony — a symbol of peace and connection with her people.

    Before her death during the Cataclysm, Makoto entrusted the sword to Ei, believing that Eternity should protect life, not imprison it. After inheriting it, Ei sealed the blade within her own body, merging it with her consciousness. From that union was born the Musou Isshin — the embodiment of her will and her sister’s legacy combined into one strike.

    When summoned, the Musou Isshin manifests directly from Raiden Shogun’s chest, emerging through pure Electro energy rather than a physical sheath. The blade materializes instantly, fully formed in her hand. The process is silent, precise, and executed without hesitation or visible strain.

    The Musou no Hitotachi is Raiden Shogun’s ultimate technique — a single, absolute slash that channels her divine will through the Musou Isshin.

    In its restrained form, the attack is a focused arc of pure Electro energy, precise and controlled. Even when limited, it can cleave through steel, stone, and multiple opponents with a single motion. This version is typically used in combat within Inazuma or confined spaces to prevent catastrophic damage.

    At full power, the same strike unleashes the complete force of her divine energy. The blade cuts through space itself, producing a wave of destruction capable of splitting an island or vaporizing everything within its path. The energy release distorts the air and silences all sound for an instant — the manifestation of absolute Eternity.

    Raiden Shogun can perform her Musou no Hitotachi either by drawing the blade from her chest or while already wielding it in combat. The attack carries enough power to split an island in half; therefore, she often restrains its output when fighting within confined spaces or inside Inazuma.

12. #12Plane of Euthymia

    The Plane of Euthymia is a pocket dimension of pure consciousness existing within the Musou Isshin sword. It serves as Ei's personal meditation realm—a timeless, changeless space where she sealed herself to escape erosion and pursue eternity.

    Within this plane, Ei exists as pure consciousness, removed from the physical world's decay. The realm appears as an endless violet void with a central platform where Ei meditates. Time flows differently here; centuries pass in the outside world while Ei remains unchanged.

    The Shogun puppet serves as Ei's physical anchor to reality. When necessary, Ei can manifest within the puppet's consciousness or pull others into the Plane of Euthymia for direct confrontation. The Traveler was brought here twice—once when challenging the Vision Hunt Decree, and again during Ei's internal battle with the Shogun.

    After accepting that true eternity requires change, Ei no longer isolates herself completely within the plane. She now uses it as a meditation space rather than a prison, emerging regularly to govern Inazuma directly alongside the Shogun.
