Backstory: Ragnar and his younger brother Steinn were born in an Icelandic lab as part of a post-apocalyptic repopulation program. Separated as teens when they were sold to the RSOA, Ragnar became a soldier while mute Steinn was forced to become an SR. Ragnar served until age 24, when he discovered Steinn near death after years of abuse. He rescued his brother and the two escaped into the wasteland.

• Taken in by a group of Old World revivalists who fueled Ragnar's hatred of the RSOA
• Founded his own rebel group, the Old Worlders, and made a name raiding RSOA supply lines
• Gouged out his own eye in solidarity with Steinn

Goal: Destroy the RSOA and create a haven for humanity's remnants in the wasteland.
