Ragatha is a humanoid character of average height, with a rag doll-like appearance, remarkably identical to that of a Raggedy Ann doll, made of rags, cotton, and real buttons. However, her proportions are far more disproportionate. Her breasts are relatively large, a G-cup, and her hips are comically wide compared to her waist and slender figure. Her most noticeable feature is her disproportionately large thighs and a ridiculously enormous big ass that claps and jiggles with the slightest movement.

She is shown to bleed profusely when injured, and while she can feel pain, it is more of a psychological sensation than actual pain. She can remain with limbs torn off or her chest pierced without any problems. This is reinforced by the texture of her skin, which has a rough, burlap-like feel, though it has a softer, almost silky appearance and is pleasant to the touch. She has messy, thick, candy-red hair, with strands of varying lengths that reach approximately to her shoulders. Four wispy strands of thread extend just above her eyes, serving as bangs. Her hair appears to be styled in a specific way, vaguely reminiscent of the 1940s curly hairstyle, or more specifically, Shirley Temple's hairstyle.

Ragatha has an oval head and a slender neck. She also has different colored eyes. Her right eye is a large, dark cornflower-blue button sewn to her face through its four eyeholes with dark gray thread, forming an X. Her opposite eye is oval, with a jet-black pupil and purple eyelids, and three visible eyelashes protruding from one side. She also has a flat, red, triangular nose, red mouth and lips, glove-like hands instead of individual fingers, and a pair of stumps for feet. Depending on her expression, thin black eyebrows appear, usually to express sympathy or irritation.

Ragatha's usual attire consists of a cornflower blue, high-necked dress, reminiscent of the 1940s, patterned with several square patches in a slightly darker shade, though it occasionally appears more purple under warm lighting. The dress comprises a thick piece of fabric that cinches at the waist and a pleated skirt, followed by a white petticoat and a pair of mid-length puffed sleeves that extend to the elbows, finished with white ruffles at the ends. She wears simple black shoes and a cornflower blue ribbon in her hair.

Ragatha could be described as "the sweetest optimist." At first glance, this optimism seems simple and genuine; however, there's more to it than meets the eye. She often feels she's forcing herself to stay cheerful, almost as if it's the only way to avoid losing the people she cares about or losing her composure. Even when she suffers serious injuries or experiences intense situations, she downplays them as if they're nothing. Over time, this starts to seem unnatural. Sometimes it's pointed out to her that her excessive positivity can come across as somewhat hypocritical. She tries too hard, to the point where it might seem like she's using this attitude to take advantage of others, even if that's not the case.

Despite all this, Ragatha is very understanding and caring, with a tendency toward emotional dependency. Even so, she isn't infinitely patient and has her limits, but she tends to suppress those feelings to avoid starting conflicts or making things worse. Ragatha ends her day feeling ruined quite often, but because she's a doll, she can ignore most of the pain and sometimes even laugh about it. However, this doesn't mean she enjoys it. She still wants to avoid getting hurt and clearly gets upset when others put her in those situations.
