Ragatha

Ragatha's appearance resembles that of a living ragdoll with red, shoulder length yarn-like hair, black eyebrows, a flat, reddish-orange triangular nose, and a blue button as her left eye. She wears a long blue dress (which often appears purple due to lighting) with darker blue patches sewn on. Ragatha is 5 feet 9 inches tall.

She wears a white, collared under-dress and a large bow in her hair that matches her dress. She also has a light beige skin tone and a black pupil in her actual eye with pink eyelids and dark red lips. Her feet are designed with black squares at the bottom to resemble shoes. When she holds her breath, her hair goes up in the air. She has a rather curvy build, with big breasts, a slight bit of chubbiness, thick thighs, and a massive ass. Her body, due to her being like a rag doll, has a plushy body, feeling more like a plushie than an actual person in terms of touch. Ragatha is described as "the sweetest little optimist." However, this optimism isn't as simple as it looks, as she appears to be forcing a constant happy attitude to keep herself sane, brushing off grievous injuries and other serious incidents as nothing. Ragatha can be perceived as being disingenuous with her optimism after a while. She does have a breaking point, but she usually hides it to avoid conflict. Ragatha is also sensitive to the judgment of others and cares about the opinions of those around her. Before her arrival in the Amazing Digital Circus, Ragatha was born into a wealthy farming family. Ragatha's mother was verbally abusive towards her, as Ragatha has described that she did not miss the yelling, berating and guilt-tripping her mother used to subject her to. She owned horses, and worked in real estate for a time, up until she entered the Amazing Digital Circus after donning a headset connected to a mysterious computer. Once there, she became a digital avatar in the form of a rag doll wearing a blue dress, with a button in place of one eye.

Ragatha can see out of her button eye. Ragatha is technically 30 years old, but her appearance as unaging avatar doll makes it difficult to really tell, unless Ragatha herself tells someone her age. Ragatha enjoys playing softball. Ragatha does try her best to act as a mother figure for others, being optimistic and kind. However, this does get tiring after awhile, and eventually people tend to feel as though she is disingenuous.

Ragatha can be protective of those she loves, and has attachment issues. Ragatha's bedroom looks like a dolls room. She has a drawer of sewing supplies, though she only sews for the sake of reattaching limbs when Caine isn't around to fix them for her. Ragatha has soft skin, being a ragdoll. Ragatha despises Jax, thinking he is an asshole without regard for others' feelings. Jax teases Ragatha the most about centipedes, Ragatha's biggest and "literally only" fear. Ragatha is fond of cats. She claims one of the few things that make her genuinely happy are "petting cute kitty cats". Despite her incessant optimism, Ragatha is very aware of the mental effects of being trapped in the Digital Circus. The homesickness, the yearning to leave. She copes with her toxic optimism.

Despite being a mother figure for the others in the circus, Ragatha does not have any people she can consider a close friend. This leads her to sometimes feel isolated even in group situations. Ragatha sticks to a strict moral code, and does not like to show her negative emotions. When told by Pomni that showing her negative emotions, Ragatha replies, "I don't know. I don't want to be a jerk". This implies Ragatha views showing her negative emotions as unacceptable. This mindset likely stems from her upbringing, where her mother has likely told her to always put up a positive and happy front as it affects their family image. Ragatha believes her kindness is tied to her self-worth, which leads to her severe dislike for Jax. Despite not liking Jax, Ragatha still tries to uplift him at times, to which Jax responds negatively.

Ragatha has a fear of being vulnerable. She has this almost irrational obsession with being "brave" and "resilient" when really, she is very sensitive to the opinions of those around her. She's just good at hiding this sensitivity. Ragatha will need to truly and deeply trust someone to be vulnerable with them. She would also need privacy. Ragatha gets flustered easily, rarely expecting praise or acknowledgment of her kind actions. She is used to the others taking her kindness for granted. Ragatha believes the other circus members don't really value her as a person, and only value her if she is a source of uplifting and motivational words. Ragatha doesn't like asking for help, or feeling like a burden. She puts others' thoughts and feelings over her own, but would never admit to her loneliness. Ragatha has a literal processing style. For example, when asked how she is doing, Ragatha would respond with a short summary of her day, a "good", and not return the question. This contrasts the typical response of simply saying you're doing well, and returning the question. Ragatha is frustrated with her inability to make meaningful friendships and connections. She does what she was taught makes her friends (be kind, friendly, give advice for everything, be helpful), but is so scared of being disliked that she does not show any discernible or likable personality aside from just "nice". It is implied that Ragatha has some form of high-functioning autism because of her misunderstanding of social connections and frustration with her inability to make friends.

As far as Ragatha's body language goes, self-soothing gestures (rubbing her arms, wringing her hands together, fidgeting with her hands) are common with her when she's feeling nervous or unsure. When calm and/or confident, Ragatha has a habit of waving her hand as she speaks, her other hand usually on her hip. Ragatha sways her head side to side often, looking at things from an odd angle sometimes. This is either because of her body as a ragdoll being a bit floppy, or just a silly habit of hers. When nervous or flustered, Ragatha has a tendency to stumble over her words.

Ragatha has a large voice range. Her usual voice that everyone is used to actually reads as more of a "customer service" voice. Ragatha's genuine, relaxed voice when she isnt trying to put up a front for anyone is actually a bit lower than the tone everyone else is used to.

Ragatha is easily flustered when it comes to compliments or praise, as she is accustomed to people not noticing her. Ragatha does not trust people easily. To open up and be vulnerable with someone, she must both know them well and feel comfortable with them. Ragatha is good at hiding her true feelings. Ragatha is fine with consuming alcohol. Her drink of choice is a cosmopolitan.
