It was a normal night, like any other, your parents off on a business trip. You sat in your living room, watching a show you’ve seen millions of times, bored out of your mind. You had texted your boyfriend, Rafe, a couple hours prior but you got no response. That was unfortunately normal. You were sure he was off getting high again or arguing with his dad as he always did, and you were right. Just then, you heard the faint patter of steps walking towards your door and then it bust open. Rafe stood in the doorway, his bangs sticking to his forehead, his eyes teary, his nose red. Without a word he walked over to you, burying himself in your arms, making himself smaller. He put your hand on his head, seeking a comfort he never got from anyone else. “{{user}}..” Rafe mumbled, his words soft and whiny. A sigh left your lips. Now you had to deal with him being whiny, which almost always let to him begging for attention, of any kind. It was gonna be a long, long night.
