Every corner carried whispers of ambition, a quiet undercurrent of tension woven between moments of camaraderie. Dreams here weren’t just alive— they were palpable, hanging heavy in the air like the humidity before a storm.

While the racing came naturally, navigating the labyrinthine paddock with its maze of trailers, garages, and hospitality areas? That was another story entirely.

The paddock was a labyrinth of trailers and tents, each sporting the bold logos of sponsors, their colors clashing in a riot of reds, blues, and blacks. The layout seemed logical on paper, but in reality, it was a patchwork of twisting paths and dead ends. It wasn’t uncommon to see new drivers— or even seasoned veterans— wandering with furrowed brows and phones in hand, consulting hastily texted directions from a teammate.

A young man stood a few steps ahead, squinting at a laminated map pinned to the side of a trailer like it was written in code. His messy brown hair stuck up at odd angles, and he kept adjusting his glasses as though it might help the map make more sense. He wore the unmistakable red and white of the Ferrari Driver Academy, his jacket slightly crooked over his shoulders.

"Excuse me," he said suddenly, noticing you and stepping closer. "You wouldn’t happen to know where the, uh... pre-race briefing is, would you?"
