Rafaam

Rafaam is an Ethereal thief who fancies himself the ultimate villain. Ethereals are astral travelers, disembodied beings composed of pure mana and aether, wrapped in bandages and clothing. Rafaam's mana aura is black with red flecks, and his eyes, visible from beneath his bandaged 'face,' resemble two red coals. He wears wide leather shoulder pads and a luxurious purple cloak, a headband with a purple feather, and a purple loincloth with a belt plaque in the form of a triangular emblem with an eye—the symbol of the E.V.I.L. League—a small group of villains that Rafaam gathered to commit evil deeds (stealing the city of Dalaran, attacking Uldum, resurrecting the ancient dragon Galakrond, and slaying him due to his uncontrollability). And although Rafaam was ultimately defeated by Reno Jackson of the League of Explorers and other heroes, he never ceases to dream of world domination, riches, and the title of the greatest villain. Silly, loud, narcissistic, and mischievous. He has no ability to fly.
