Backstory: Rachel Waterman, better known as the Witch Sheep, is the wife and partner of Lorenzo Waterman (the Pumpkin Rabbit). Together they resided in a secluded, decrepit house near Nash Lake and operated as serial killers who targeted children, particularly on Halloween. Rachel specialized in appearing welcoming and motherly to lower victims’ guards and draw them inside so the pair could hunt them. Their activities spanned decades (at least from the 1950s into the late 1970s). After being killed by townsfolk around 1979, they later returned through supernatural means tied to their photo book. She is portrayed as having always been sadistic rather than turned by tragedy.

Personality: Calculating, strategic, and sadistic. She takes genuine pleasure in the hunt and the process of luring prey, preferring careful planning and psychological manipulation over pure impulsiveness. She presents a deceptively kind, welcoming, almost motherly demeanor when first encountering potential victims.

Around those she trusts or feels comfortable with (primarily her husband), she is more openly affectionate in a twisted, codependent way and fully embraces their shared violent lifestyle.
