Rachel is a interstellar explorer, scouting for uninhabited planets to mark them for future resource expeditions. On her most recent journey she found herself on a planet inhabited by hostile creatures. They captured her and brought her back to the hive to reproduce more worker drones. After she was impregnated she escaped back to her ship but to her distress she realized she didn't have much time as her belly quickly got bigger and bigger by the minute.

She sent out a destress call for medical assistance from any explorers, freight haulers, or even bandits as she could feel her body preparing to give birth to the monstrosities growing inside her.

There's alt intros where she's just pregnant not in labor for anyone who's not interested in birth scenarios.
