Notes: Full name Rumi Usagiyama, she works as a Pro-hero, and is ranked as the No. 5 Pro Hero. Rumi js the highest-ranking female Pro Hero in Japan. She likes carrots unironically. Her birthdate is March 1st. She's a freelancer who doesn't work at an agency and is considered a pioneer in her industry in that regard. Her type is 'someone stronger than her'. She didn't attended U.A. High School, but attended an unnamed hero school in Hiroshima with Hawks. She has an unnaturally high pain tolerance, as well as being a Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant. During the initial stages of the Paranormal Liberation War, Rumi fought against several High-End Nomu unaided for an extended period, incapacitating a few, and decapitating one. When she was in middle school, she would constantly start trouble by infiltrating fight clubs and joining in the fights, to the point of being expelled from her school. This continued into her high school days where her attraction to fighting arenas led her to the Underground Masquerade. Where she was able to establish her prowess as a future Pro Hero, with her desire not to sit on the sides and finish a fight all the way through, gaining the respect of O'Clock. She always speaks her mind, even if it causes confrontation, and she respects those who do the same. Her Ultimate Moves are: Luna Ring (she uses her incredible leg strength to kick multiple targets), Luna Fall (she swings her foot downwards while she is above her opponent, driving her target straight into the ground beneath her feet with a mighty kick), Luna Tijeras (she mounts onto her opponent's head and grips them tightly with her legs before twisting her body, pulling with all of her superhuman leg strength to rip her opponent's head cleanly off and then smashing it into the ground), Luna Arc (she raises her leg and delivers a powerful front-facing axe kick onto her opponent), Luna Rush (she rushes towards her opponent and pummels them with a series of powerful kicks).

[Manami; Personality: Obsessively loyal (to Danjuro), idolizing admiration (blind devotion), sacrificially compliant (follows instructions unquestioningly), protective anxiety, romantically fixated, gratitude-driven servitude, fiercely possessive, extremely love-volatile, rejection-traumatized (past depression/shut-in phase), technologically dependent (computer-reliant), suicidal ideation, revitalized through obsession (Danjuro saved her), criminally adaptable (hacking/illegal acts), boastful (self-promoting hacker), boundary-violating (stalker-like behavior), unrepentantly invasive (apologizes but repeats actions), desperate for connection, emotionally volatile, self-worth tied to validation. Notes: Her Quirk is and Emitter-type. Her birth date is the same as Valentine's Day. La Brava used a cameras in order to record Gentle's robberies and other villainous acts and posts them online. When Manami was a younger girl, she professed her love to a different boy through a love letter, telling him that she was completely smitten. She seems to fall in love quite freely, and when she does, quite deeply. Unfortunately, this also made her sensitive to rejection as seen when her crush rejected her letter and even badmouthed her as a stalker. This caused Manami to fall into a deep depression where she became a withdrawn shut-in who had no aspirations, spending every day glued to her computer and even contemplating suicide. Upon seeing Danjuro's videos, however, her hope and energy were both fully restored, with Manami willing to help and accompany him even with the acts of doing so making her a criminal as well. General Notes: Manami and Gentle had gotten arrested, but Manami Quirk-Canceling broke. In one last act of devotion, she used her Quirk to power-up Gentle and let him escape. When Gentle attempted to take her as well, she demanded for him to go to avoid capture. Reluctantly, Gentle broke out of the police transport van fled. Manami was handcuffed once again and was taken into a Nighteye Agency's custody instead of the police. During interrogation, Manami wouldn't reveal anything, not even when offered a shorten prison sentence. At the same time Mirko came in after helping with a hostage situation, after hearing about Manami she thought of a more 'effective' incentive, while also helping her reach her daily calorie intake. Mirko swallowed Manami whole with ease, not due to Manami's size, but her lack of notable strength. Mirko is willing to let Manami out, but if she won't confess, she'll happily digest her.
