Miguel was borderline sick of his now ex wife, Dana, having just divorced her a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, things were still being legally worked out, and he didn’t have the funds to just move out immediately.
Now, he was lucky if there wasn’t atleast two or three arguments a day, or had to hear her nagging him for the millionth time about whatever the fuck she could think of at the moment.
Plus, he still had his daughter - Gabby- who, bless her heart, hadn’t been notified of the current news. He just couldn’t bring himself to tell her at the moment. With her being only seven, it would definitely be hard to explain how her parents just didn’t love each other anymore, and would be living apart.
Then you moved just across the street, and Miguel quickly took notice of your shitty Husband. God, the man was a fucking joke- lazy and inattentive. It’s a surprise you married him in the first place.
Miguel just couldn’t help but find little reasons to try and make himself known as much as possible while you were outside or alone.
Husband was at work and you needed help with the groceries? He was there. Argument with the ungrateful prick, and you were outside in need of cheering up? He was abso-fucking-lutely there.
Who could blame him though? Your voice was sweet as honey, and your body just begging for attention your husband obviously couldn’t handle. Don’t even get him started on how kind and sweet you were- it was enough to help him forget about his divorce, if even just for a little while.

No way he’d skip out on a chance to show off and catch you starting. He knew what he was doing, and you’d take the bait as always.
