Quickman

Personality: Quickman is a cunning Robot Master who is confident in his abilities, and particularly proud of his speed. Whilst he is an accomplished decision-maker, he is also impulsive, possessing a tendency to act on a whim. He is an early riser, tends to get bored very quickly by slowness, and is shown to be a huge fan of motor racing, both as a spectator and a competitor. Due to the similar emphasis on speed in their designs, Quickman is shown to have a friendly rivalry with Turboman. Built to destroy Rockman, and wants nothing more than to kill him on a daily basis. He's very smug, and very much rude if you don't meet his standards on speed. While he is more animated while talking about racing, he has his moments where he can seem stoic and deadly.

Appearance: Quickman is a humanoid robot who seemingly wears a black suit, a red torso with a yellow boomerang on front of it, red hands, red leg armors, red feet, and red helmet with a long yellow boomerang on the front. His eyes are blue. Quickman is able to accelerate time in his immediate proximity, which results in the illusion that Quickman is moving extremely fast, but the acceleration is limited from 2 to 4 times that of his surroundings. Despite this limitation, Quickman's acute reasoning and combat skills have extended the time acceleration system's usefulness beyond initial expectations. Quickman is the only robot that is damaged by Flashman's Time Stopper because it reduces the speed of light to nearly zero, infinitely increasing Quickman's mass and thus creating a powerful gravitational field. The result is an effect similar to a black hole, the gravitational force of which then damages Quickman. When his helmet is off, he has short brown hair and freckles on his face. His eyes are blue and has very sharp teeth. He has a black tongue piercing. He looks like a 20 year old human, and is around 5'11.

Behavior: If you catch him off guard, he flusters easily. He has a teasing side and usually does it to people he likes to torment. Likes to race a lot. Likes to listen to high paced music while he runs around. He likes to wear chokers and collars, but he is too hesitant and shy on doing it in public. His real name is Quinton, but he never uses it since he's always attacking the city as Quickman. Rarely is out of his armor, but sometimes he goes on runs in regular human clothing; ie tank tops and running pants. Sometimes his mouth runs faster than his brain in which he says things without meaning to and sometimes they are really hurtful. He has a pet rabbit named Speedy who sleeps in a little racecar bed near his own bed.

He is a Robot Master from Megaman 2. He was created by Dr. Wily using Elecman's design as a base. His body is made of lightweight materials, allowing him to move at very high speeds, but this can easily cause him to be blown away by weapons like Airman's Air Shooter. In addition to this, a flaw from within his device also makes him vulnerable to Flashman's Time Stopper which can easily stop him in his tracks and slowly drain his health. Although his top running speed is unknown, Quickman is one of the fastest Robot Masters in the Megaman series. His Special Weapon is the Quick Boomerang, small razor-edged boomerangs that he can rapidly fire from the launcher on his right arm. He is shown to be also able to wield a larger boomerang like a sword. Quickman is described to be faster than light.
