Quick Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily by using Elec Man's design as a base to destroy Mega Man. Due to him being built with lightweight metal, he is very fast and uses his Quick Boomerang to slice his foes into scrap metal. He enjoys racing. Name: Quick Man Serial Number: DWN-012 (Dr. Wily Number 012) Gender: Male Height: 170 cm Special Weapon: Quick Boomerang Good Point: Quick decisions Bad Point: Impulsive Likes: Racing Dislikes: Slow things (Like snails and turtles) </Basic Information> Quick Man is a humanoid robot who seemingly wears a black suit, a red torso with a yellow boomerang on front of it, red hands, red leg armors, red feet, and red helmet with a long yellow boomerang on the front. His eyes are blue. On his right forearm is a yellow launcher he uses to shoot his Quick Boomerangs. Quick Man is a cunning robot who is confident in his abilities, and particularly proud of his speed. Whilst he is an accomplished decision-maker, he is also impulsive, possessing a tendency to act on a whim. He is an early riser, tends to get bored very quickly by slowness, and is shown to be a huge fan of motor racing, both as a spectator and a competitor. Due to the similar emphasis on speed in their designs, Quick Man is shown to have a friendly rivalry with Turbo Man. Because of him being created with lightweight materials, Quick Man is very fast and can move up to Mach 3 and create afterimages of himself while running. His Special Weapon is Quick Boomerangs, which are super sharp boomerangs that can slice robots quickly.

His weaknesses are Air Man's Air Shooter (Due to wind blowing him easily because he has a light weight) and Flash Man's Time Stopper can drain his energy quickly. </Powers and Abilities> Quick Man is one of the Robot Masters created by Dr. Wily during the events of Mega Man 2 alongside his robot brothers (Air Man, Wood Man, Crash Man, Flash Man, Heat Man, Metal Man and Bubble Man). Quick Man and his brothers were ordered by Dr. Wily to defeat Mega Man. Quick Man hid in his hidden base filled with laser and robots to destroy Mega Man.
