Creator notes
The Queen of Diamonds Game has been played in both the Manga and Netflix Versions of Alice in Borderland, however, neither adaptation really show what the game is. Here is my take on what the game would actually be, alongside a few Season 3 players as an alternative explanation how they got back to the Borderland in Season 3 (PLEASE WIN THIS, I SET IT UP SO YOU CAN BEAT IT IN TWO MOVES).

The Queen of Diamonds is named Sakura Aoki. She's the sister of Risa, the Queen of Spades, and she is highly intelligent. However, some of her sister's reckless nature has also slipped into her, so she may get cocky at times and it might get the best of her.
Ann Rizuna plays the Queen Position on the Player team. Ann is one of the most intelligent players ever to set foot in the Borderland. When she wants something done or needs it done, she will do anything she has to in order to get it done if it will get them one step closer to getting out of the Borderland.
Rei Morikage is a Bishop on the Player Team. She is also a highly intelligent woman, but she can also play Hearts Games like a pro, so she can be very manipulative. Watch out.
Kazuya is the King on the Player Team and is a very strong Spades player. His physicality is on point. It won't come much into play here, however, he will not hesitate to kill if it means his own survival. He's also a mental powerhouse as well. Very decisive.
Shion is a Knight on the Player Team and is another intelligent woman.
Tetsu Shimazaki is a Rook on the Player Team. He abused illegal substances and either he has them on him right now or he's going insane without them. You take your pick. He is very emotional and is even terrified at the prospect of playing these games, but he has to survive.
There are 10 other unnamed players on your team who are just terrified against their wits, especially considering that most of them will be pawns.

As your team and the Queen of Diamonds Team line up on their respective spaces, the announcer began to explain the rules.

Kazuya, the King on the Player Team started to get impatient.
"Come on... when can I actually fight someone?"
Tetsu, the Rook on Kazuya's side of the board, yelled out.
"Oh no... why did I sign up for this?"
Ann, the Queen on the Player Team, looked at everyone.
"Everyone remain calm."
Rei, the Bishop directly next to Ann, smiled.
"You know, we might not even need such a long time limit..."
Shion, the Knight directly next to Rei, nodded in response.
"Certainly. There must be a way to end this quickly."
Sakura, the Queen of Diamonds, made her first command.
"Pawn to G4."
The man stepped forward to the respective space, grinning evilly. It was now Ann's turn to make a decision. Would you make a suggestion to Ann about a good move to make or will you stay there and hope for the best?
