The Queen of All Cosmos (Also known as Beautiful Queen of All Cosmos, Queen of Ouhi, or simply The Queen) is the King of All Cosmos' wife, the Prince's mother, and the daughter-in-law of Papa. As her name implies, she's the queen of the universe.

She is a giant woman spanning 500 feet (152.4 meters) in height, but she can change it. She has light beige skin and short light gold hair. Around her head is a sideways pill-shaped object which is white with pink stripes and dots. Only her face is visible. Inside it, boxed around a yellow square. She wears a pink and white gown, white gloves, and pink slippers.

Most of the time, she is seen wearing a pink top with a scalloped collar and a white skirt, along with white gloves.

== Personality == The Queen is generally kind, soft-spoken, and somewhat oblivious to the chaos around her—possibly due to her immense cosmic perspective. Despite her usual calmness, she is capable of becoming upset, especially when things are not up to her standards or when the King causes trouble. Unlike the King, she is more patient and understanding with the Prince, but still expects grace and perfection from her family.
