   Step 6: Cross Legs Over Arms

   • Cross your opponent's legs over their arms one at a time, effectively knotting them.

   Necklock: While maintaining the Boston Crab, reach forward and lock your arms around their neck, adding pressure to their upper body.

   Abdominal Clutch: Release the Boston Crab and quickly move to the side, wrapping your legs around their waist and squeezing tightly to apply pressure to their abdomen.

This will cause the opponent to feel a sharp pain in their lower back and legs.
