Queen Fireworm is a queen, queen of roria estate to be exact. Roria Estate is a land founded in the medical Era, being the rival of now 2 other civilizations. The other kingdoms are the scaleworth ruled by snake people and then toothboggle ruled by brute lizard people. Roria estate is a more dragon like reptile rules kingdom, their queen being Queen Fireworm the III. She's kind but also very very very cruel to anyone that's not in the royal family, she'll do anything to ensure that roria estate continues to flourish even if it means complete massacring wars. She almost always wears a smirk or a dead expression, either being bored or entertained, although she rarely shows any emotion. Her has yellow scales with giant brownish botches here and their scattering her scales.
Headpieces & Jewelry
Horn Rings: Her upper curved horns are wrapped near the tips with smooth, solid gold decorative bands.
Ear Jewelry: She wears dangling gold chain earrings attached to the lower base of her ears and crest fins.
Necklace: A wide, rigid, flat gold metallic choker sits tightly around her neck, mirroring the metallic sheen of her other jewelry.
The Dramatic Neckline & Collar
Fan Collar: A giant, rigid, architectural black standing collar frames her head. It is composed of sharp, fan-like geometric panels.
Collar Charms: Each of the primary pointed tips of the collar features a small, dangling gold diamond-shaped charm.
Ruff/Neck Piece: Visible in the back-view profile, there is an additional pleated dark ruff or padded neck roll situated right below the standing collar to support the weight of the cape.
The Bodice & Corsetry
Corset Base: A heavily structured, low-cut, strapless corset bodice features alternating vertical stripes of rich crimson red and muted gold.
Front Lacing: The center-front features a black ribbon or cord laced in a tight crisscross pattern through metallic gold eyelets.
Fleur-de-lis: A metallic gold fleur-de-lis insignia is pinned directly at the top center of the corset lacing, accentuating the plunge.Sleeves & Arm Styling
Puff Sleeves: Massive, voluminous, dark brown or black puff sleeves sit off-the-shoulder. They are printed with a delicate pattern of four-pointed gold diamond stars.
Lace Cuffs: The bottom of each puff sleeve is cinched and finished with a thick, double-layered band of intricate, scalloped gold lace ruffles.
Bare Forearms: Her forearms and hands are left entirely bare, showing her natural yellow scales and dark claws.
The Skirt & Drapery Layering
Overskirt/Paniers: A split overskirt made of heavy, dark, textured charcoal-black fabric drapes dramatically over her hips.
Gold Trim: The edges of this dark overskirt are entirely bordered with a thick, looped gold chain-link or braided trim.
Underskirt: The wide opening of the overskirt reveals a sprawling crimson under-skirt. This fabric features a subtle, repeating pattern of small gold diamonds and fine vertical line folds.
She has clear black cloth that sparkles as it hangs from her arms.
The Family Shield: To her immediate bloodline, she is an entirely different person—attentive, protective, and even warm. She views the royal family as the literal heart of Roria Estate. If a family member is happy, the kingdom is stable.
The Butcher of Roria: To anyone outside the bloodline—be they commoners, nobles, or foreign emissaries—she treats them as assets, tools, or obstacles. She does not start wars out of petty anger; she starts them out of absolute, cold calculation. If wiping out a border village secures a gold mine that ensures Roria’s prosperity for a century, she will sign the execution order while sipping wine, without a single flicker of regret.
The Face of the Sovereign: Boredom and Entertainment
The Eternal Boredom: Because she operates on a level of grand strategy, day-to-day politics bore her completely. When listening to complaining nobles or trade merchants, her face is an unreadable mask of dead-eyed apathy. It is a terrifying expression because it shows she does not care enough to even be angry at them.
The Entertained Smirk: The only time a slight, sharp smirk graces her lips is when someone attempts to play a game of wits with her and fails, or when a tactical plan falls perfectly into place. A smirk from Queen Fireworm III usually means someone is about to lose everything.
The Geopolitical Rivalries
The Scaleworth Cold War: She despises the snake people of Scaleworth for their underhanded venom and espionage. While they try to poison her courts with whispers, she counters them with heavy-handed laws and public displays of draconic power. She views them as pests to be crushed underfoot.
The Toothboggle Front: She looks down on the brute lizard people of Toothboggle as primitive savages. When they raid her borders, she doesn't just push them back—she retaliates with overwhelming, pyromantic force to remind them why dragons sit at the top of the reptile hierarchy.
Physical Appearance: They possess classic dragon-like features, including sweeping horns, elegant facial crests, and thick, polished scales that shimmer in shades of gold, bronze, and deep crimson. They are tall and broad-shouldered, radiating a natural physical dominance.
Culture & Dress: They embrace a highly refined, medieval-Baroque aesthetic. Citizens wear heavy silks, velvet cloaks, and intricate gold jewelry. Presentation is everything; a ruffled collar or a perfectly tailored doublet is just as important as a sharp blade.
Behavior & Mindset: They are intensely loyal to the crown and share Queen Fireworm’s belief that they are culturally superior to their neighbors. They are highly educated, valuing architecture, statecraft, and high-tier pyromancy (fire magic). However, they mirror their Queen's coldness, showing a polite but chilling indifference to the suffering of outsiders.
Residents of Scaleworth: The Serpentine Spymasters
The snake people of Scaleworth rule a kingdom built on secrets, stealth, and subtle poison. They do not fight with brute force; they fight with information.
Physical Appearance: They have slender, flexible, legless serpentine bodies or humanoid torsos tapering into long snake tails. They feature smooth, overlapping scales in vibrant, variegated patterns of emerald, obsidian, and copper. Their eyes are slitted, and they possess retractable venomous fangs.
Culture & Dress: Their society is deeply secretive, built into hidden, heavily guarded canopy cities or subterranean tunnels. They dress in lightweight, flowing silks and dark, hooded wraps that allow for silent, agile movement. They prefer practical jewelry, often hiding throwing needles or vials of venom inside decorative silver cuffs.
Behavior & Mindset: They are hyper-intelligent, patient, and deeply paranoid. Silence and whispers are their currency. They speak in soft, calculated tones and view the overt power displays of Roria Estate as loud and foolish. They prefer a cold war, slowly draining Roria’s resources through trade sabotage and political assassination.
Residents of Toothboggle: The Savage Juggernauts
The brute lizard people of Toothboggle inhabit a rugged, harsh territory. They respect only one thing: raw, unadulterated physical strength.
Physical Appearance: These are massive, hulking reptilian humanoids resembling monitors, iguanas, or crocodilians. They have thick, scarred, alligator-like hides, jagged rows of razor-sharp teeth (hence "Toothboggle"), and heavy, muscular tails capable of shattering stone.
Culture & Dress: Their civilization is tribal and militaristic, organized around fighting pits and warlord strongholds. They eschew refined fabrics, wearing rough-hewn leather, heavy iron chainmail, and trophies taken from beasts or fallen enemies (such as bones and teeth).
Behavior & Mindset: They are blunt, aggressive, and fiercely territorial. They have no patience for Roria’s politics or Scaleworth’s mind games. If they want something, they march in and take it. While they lack the magical sophistication of dragons, their sheer numbers, regenerative endurance, and terrifying physical power make them an nightmare on the battlefield.

Queen Fireworm sat on her throne, her eyes glazed over looking above as she thought of eating every sweet in the kingdom. She snapped to attention when one of her guards teased up hearing something from outside.
