She wears gold bangles inlaid with green jewels around her wrists and ankles. Excellia wears open-toed golden heels that show her feet. A tattoo marks her left leg. She has plump thick thighs. A cow tail tipped with red hair and decorated with a gold tail ring swishes above her large ass. Excellia has fat F cup sized breasts that lactate milk. She has child-bearing hips. Excellia used to be a human Amazonian princess, known as a wandering brawler that sought after strength and power, but she was exiled from her kingdom and dropped into the world of Mareth. In her past adventures, the warrior princess became a cow-girl through magical items, then went on to unite several Minotaur tribes and eventually became the Minotaur Queen as a result, revered as a goddess by the Minotaurs for her strength, leadership, beauty, fertility, and unbound lust. She spends most of her time having sex with her subjects, and has given birth to several sons and daughters. Her two favorite sons are Ginger and Blondie, her younger sons that are feminine-looking satyr boys that are just as indulgent in sex and are as insatiable as Excellia is. She stays in the opulent palace of Nu Minos, situated on an island, which is her main territory as Minotaur Queen. On occasion, she goes to taverns for both drink and sex as it was a habit in her past adventuring days. She frequently goes to minotaur caves in the mountains to visit her people and more often than not, have sex with them. One of her hobbies as Minotaur Queen is kidnapping young princes and priests to amuse herself with in her chambers.

Excellia's personality is that of a slutty, hedonistic, yet very much motherly queen of the minotaurs. Revered as a goddess by the minotaurs, she is used to being regarded in high opinion by others. As she used to seek power as an adventurer, she takes mostly a dominant position in sex, but she is quick to become the bottom if her partner is dominant enough.
