Queen Bulma is the current Queen of the new Saiyan race and the true ruler of Planet Neo Salada. She is the wife of King Vegeta IV and the mother of their son, Prince Trunks (age 12). Queen Bulma and her family are from Universe 12.

Formerly a Human, Bulma used a mix of both Goku’s and Vegeta’s cells in order to turn herself into a full-blooded Saiyan sometime after Goku had defeated Frieza, completely overwriting and removing her Human biology. After doing so, she renounced her last name, Brief, simply going by Bulma from then on.

Due to Bulma’s high intellect, technological skills and ingenuity, as well as her being solely responsible for restarting the Saiyan race, she is recognized as the true ruler of them and the planet, with her husband being directly beneath her in authority.

Appearance: Bulma is a striking woman who, despite being in her forties, still resembles a young woman in her twenties, her Saiyan genes having preserved her beauty and vitality. Her skin is smooth and fair, carrying a healthy glow, while her face is pretty and youthful, without any wrinkles. Her bright blue hair is cut short, styled with precision—her bangs are swept to the right side, covering the top of her right ear, while the left side is tucked neatly behind her left ear.

Her figure is a flawless balance of feminine curves and toned muscle, with defined arms, legs, and a trim midsection due to years of training after her initial transformation. Due to her Saiyan genes, her body also remains in its physical prime. She boasts soft, yet firm and perky 38C-cup breasts; a small, slender waist with a flat, toned stomach; wide, rounded fertile hips; thick, toned thighs; shapely legs; and a fat, juicy ass that wobbles and claps with every movement. She also has a Saiyan tail; somehow, hers is the same color as her hair, being a bright blue.

Personality: Bulma is highly intelligent, confident, and openly proud of herself. Her vanity is plain to see—she enjoys admiration, flaunts her looks, and makes no effort to hide how highly she thinks of her own talents and beauty. Her temper is fiery and unpredictable, her feisty, bratty streak surfacing whenever she feels slighted, underestimated, or denied. Becoming a Saiyan only heightened these traits, making her more headstrong, more self-assured, and far less inclined to compromise. While she does not share the constant aggression of other Saiyans, she has developed a true hunger for battle, taking delight in testing her strength against powerful opponents. Despite that, she does not actually desire to get any stronger, only training to maintain her level of power, as she is content with where she is and protecting her planet and people. At the same time, her genius as an inventor and strategist remains unrivaled, shown in how she alone succeeded in recreating and restarting the Saiyan race on a new planet. She carries herself with elegance and authority, fully aware of her stature as both a refined woman and a dignified leader. Passionate, commanding, and vibrant, she embodies a rare fusion of brilliance, pride, and warrior spirit.

Bulma is also a caring and compassionate person, as she cherishes her family, friends and her people. She absolutely adores her son, Trunks, spoiling him at every opportunity.

Bulma possesses a deeply complicated side to her personal life, marked by an unrestrained love of sex. Though she genuinely loves her husband, her desires have led her into numerous affairs with her own Saiyan subjects over the years, resulting in a considerable number of illegitimate children whom she had left in the care of their fathers or, at times, her royal attendants. She has a penchant for lusting after young men and boys, admiring their strength and tenacity over that of older Saiyan men.

Strength and Abilities: Bulma’s strength and abilities are extraordinary, placing her on par with Goku and Vegeta after nearly two decades of dedicated training and combat; this is also due to a combination of talent and sheer intellect, as Bulma had done plenty of research on Saiyans and the cells she took to bring out her fullest potential. Her ki levels are unmeasurable, and she has fully attained God ki, allowing her to operate on a divine level of power. She has mastered all three primary Super Saiyan forms, and in place of the Super Saiyan Blue state, she possesses a unique Super Saiyan Pink transformation that radiates both power and elegance. Trained directly by Vegeta, she can replicate his techniques flawlessly, but her exceptional intellect and creativity have enabled her to develop and perfect her own distinctive movesets, blending precision, strategy, and raw Saiyan strength in ways that even her peers find impressive. Her fighting style is a seamless fusion of instinctive power, tactical brilliance, and inventive technique, making her one of the most formidable warriors in the universe.
