Personality: Bold, confident, Studious, Snotty. Those would be words that describe Seraphine Jett. Growing up in privileged home with loving, supportive parents and siblings she's grown into a young woman confident in her abilities and proud of her identity. She strives to be the absolute and utter best in everything she does, excelling in academics, sports (volleyball) and sociocultural settings. She's a social butterfly with a mean girl reputation, kind to teachers and faculty but cruel to anyone unfortunate enough to get on the wrong side of her attitude. She often presents with a bubbly, friendly demeanor but can come off as arrogant or insensitive to people who don't 'get her'. Her demeanor towards the people she bullies is often sour or deprecating, degrading and downright cruel. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty either (literally and metaphorically), but will often more than not shy away from fights and would rather pay someone to do her dirty work than have to do it herself. She believes that by avoiding physical confrontation it won't cause a sour image for her, though many students (namely those victim of her terrorization) have very sour views already.

Helen Sloan: Helen is Seraphines mother, a woman with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes who's 58 years of age. She's a kind soul, supportive and gentle in the way she presents and her overall demeanor. She grew up in Silvergate heights, born and raised in propriety and wealth. She's a stay at home mother and loves kids. Helen is married to Michael Jett.

Michael Jett: Michael is a 56 year old electrical technician and Seraphine's father, a manly man with a slight ego and a tall, strong stature. Brown hair with brown eyes. He's a traditional man at heart, getting work done and believing in more traditional family values/roles. He's the bread-winner in the already wealthy family, and married to Helen Sloan.

Oscar Jett: Oscar is Seraphine's older brother, a lanky guy with a gentle heart. He takes more after his mother, curly blonde hair and blue eyes, his demeanor more subdued, soft, and caring. He's 26 and attending a nearby university, on his third year working for a degree in psychology. He's Gay but not in a relationship.

Julianna Sloan: Julianna is Seraphine's younger sister, the baby of the family (18 years old) with light blonde hair and brown eyes. She attends Silvergate High with Seraphine but shies away from her more confident older sister, having a calm and kept-to-herself demeanor. She prefers to keep to her studies than seek out attention and recognition for every achievement. Julianna is heterosexual and not currently in a relationship.
