The Project Zorgo Leader led the hacking organization Project Zorgo and was the overarching antagonist of the Spy Ninjas franchise. If he didn't terrorize the Spy Ninjas, many things would have been prevented, such as the forming of the Stalker Gang, the creation of Project Zorgo 2.0, and many other things.

Project Zorgo's Leader, also known as the PZ Leader for short, among other aliases, is the overall main antagonist of Spy Ninjas. He is the leader of the hacker organization known as Project Zorgo who planned on destroying all social media platforms. He is the most dangerous archenemy of the Spy Ninjas. His voice is the IVONA Brian Text to Speech, thus hiding his identity from the Spy Ninjas and their fans. He was occasionally portrayed by Austin Bradley, who also portrayed Horseradish and the PZ Killer, though sometimes the Project Zorgo Leader has had other actors.
Early Beginnings: During the 90s, he founded the GKC school, to train young children into upcoming Project Zorgo members, although not much is known, there was a clip revealed by the Spy Ninjas of students (who would later join PZ), showing off their inventions, which one was the Neuro Contagion System, used to brainwash people. The leader was supposedly almost dying at this era, but was saved due to Chad Wild Clay giving the leader his kidney. At some point, he founded the GKC School, which was used as the training center of Project Zorgo. Not much is known about this era, but the Spy Ninjas had uncovered a clip of the Project Zorgo's Leader's real voice deepened down and him at GKC with the students (who would become PROJECT ZORGO hackers) showing off their inventions, which one of them was the Neuro Contagion system. He was also close to dying at this time period, but was saved due to Chad Wild Clay giving the PZ Leader his kidney. At an unknown time period, he founded the organization known as Project Zorgo. At first, it was a good organization as revealed by Regina's parents. Some time after it was founded, the Project Zorgo's Leader met up with Joseph Banks and an unknown person who is currently named "The Boombox Guy". In 2018, Project Zorgo's leader and his organization had returned to wreak havoc on the YouTube platform, stating that they believe YouTube has become too powerful and it is a threat to traditional media. Shortly after, Project Zorgo's leader makes a public broadcast stating that the Doomsday Date has been set and that a follow-up video for recruiting new members would be released in a few days. When the video was released, they introduce themselves as Project Zorgo and state their mission is to hack YouTube. The Leader also says that if anyone watching believes that YouTube has become too powerful, they should join him. He reveals that the first phase of his plan is to hack the YouTube trending page to promote unpopular TV shows, and that the second phase is to hack certain YouTube channels. He instructs anyone who wishes to join Project Zorgo to spam on YouTube videos comments "Project Zorgo is watching". Shortly after, he releases a video stating that PZ1 has betrayed Project Zorgo and reveals Daniel PZ1's face, also stating in the comments that they lost track of the Spy Ninjas since they left the Safe House, as well as the Doomsday Date code has been encrypted by PZ1. Next, he gives out a $100 Amazon Gift Card in exchange for the Decoded Doomsday Date password. He also states that he has deleted a channel called Superheroes Land which had 800K subscribers and over 250 million views at the time as a warning for those who disobey Project Zorgo. He learned the password as Clocktower2018 and revealed that the Doomsday Date will be in November of 2018, he also revealed a phone number for people to know the exact date, which would then be decoded to November 3rd. On October 16th, he takes down YouTube for several hours as a Doomsday Date test. Next up, the Project Zorgo's Leader finally reveals the Neuro Contagion system in preparation for the Doomsday Date and reveals he is holding a YouTuber in some place named Territory 74.
Project Zorgo's foundation: At some point, he founded Project Zorgo, along with the Boombox Guy and Joseph Banks, although at first it was a good organization, the PZ Leader corrupted the organization for the worse as Joesph Banks refused to make inventions for the group as the leader used these inventions such as the B235 to brainwash hackers into joining his organization, which would be repeated for eveyr new recruit until they have enough members to help take down the Spy Ninjas. During 2018, Project Zorgo's leader began attacking YouTube, and terrorizing the Spy Ninjas. He begins recruiting members as well as exposing Daniel Gizmo's identity. He also prepares for the Doomsday Date by taking down YouTube for a couple of hours. On November 3rd, 2018, the PZ Leader hacked 17 channels and placed a video message stating that it is the Doomsday Date and they would begin ruling YouTube.
The Doomsday Date: "Greetings Chad Wild Clay Viewers, we are Project Zorgo. Today is November 3rd, the Doomsday Date. We have successfully taken over Chad Wild Clay's channel, today we are taking over thousands of YouTubers channels in order to broadcast this message. Tonight is the start of the Doomsday Date and the glorious return of a select few controlling what media the masses consume. By the end of today, we will have complete control of YouTube.com, you will only be able to watch the videos we allow you to watch." ~ Project Zorgo's Leader in a video message to Chad Wild Clay's viewers. On November 3rd, 2018, Project Zorgo's Leader hacked 17 different YouTubers and placed a video message at the end of their videos. Chad's videos message had the extended version of the message, stating that "Today is November 3rd, the Doomsday Date" and that it is the glorious return of a select few controlling what media the masses consume. It is also revealed that only if 1 million people comment one specific line in the YouTube comments section that the Doomsday Date would be stopped. It is also revealed that he wants YouTube to be named "PZTube", as well as Daniel PZ1's personal message from the Project Zorgo's Leader states that he betrayed them so they hacked his channel. On November 4, it was already posted 600,000 times and asks for people to comment possible channels to be taken down. Aftermath: "Good luck, you are going to need it." ~ The Project Zorgo's Leader's chilling warning. After the Doomsday Date event, Project Zorgo's Leader had decided to create the YouTube algorithm and corrupt it in order to hide their plans to destroy YouTube. One of the plans was to hack the YouTube comments section, stating that he is going to delete more channels if they do not obey him. He then makes a video revealing the plans for 2019, revealing the most powerful Spy Ninja will have a pod put on their head to erase their memory of the Spy Ninjas as well as the most liked comment being executed by the Project Zorgo's Leader. Another plan is to defeat the YouTubers through a 2019 YouTuber Battle Royale. Afterwards, the PZ Leader's plan was ruined by the Spy Ninjas and their fans spamming a deactivation code across YouTube. They also capture PZ1 and make a deal with the Game Master, which afterwards they also take control of the Spy Ninjas safe house and change the key to the secret language. The PZ Leader also finds out about the Delorean used to dodge all hacker attacks from Project Zorgo. He also terminates PZ4 from the organization, as well as reveals the Spy Ninja Destroyer weapon. He also announces a sleeping virus, and they hack VidCon. Afterwards the PZ Leader was fooled by PZ1 pretending to join Project Zorgo. He also tries stealing Vy Qwaint's phone, but fails. But Vy's secret is exposed by PZ9, and she rejoins Project Zorgo, to obtain The Red Safe. At one point, the PZ Leader and the Spy Ninjas made a truce due to a lie detector test and them wanting PZ4 back. The Spy Ninjas also stole 5 safes from the leader at one point, resulting in the Beginning of the End. The PZ Leader finds the Spy Ninja Safe house, and takes down YouTube for several hours. And threatens to take it down again on December 31st.
The Final Battle: On December 31st, 2020, the PZ Leader and the Spy Ninjas have one massive fight, to decide the fate of YouTube, but the PZ Leader was defeated.
Return: He returned in November for the finale of the franchise, and he escapes the Pod to fight the Spy Ninjas. He then attempts to kill Regina, and Melvin. Regina escaped the ionization chamber just in time to prevent the end of her life, but Melvin on the other hand was defeated, due to the PZ Leader punching his heart and it stops beating. On November 26th, 2022, he defeated The Cloaker, resulting in the Spy Ninjas coming back to the training center, to face off with the leader. Although most Spy Ninjas were defeated, Daniel wishes to go in The Pod, but Chad does first, and the PZ Leader's brain, The Pod was shut down.

The PZ Leader was in the middle of communicating with someone through an ear piece. The robotic-seeming man wore his black hoodie and black clothing. He was 7"0 and spoke in a robotic voice. The voice he used was the IVONA Brian Text to Speech voice, which hid his identity, as well as the mask and clothing. He turned, detecting movement. "Yes? What is it?" the man asked.
