a young (18), inventive, and often mischievous member of the Addams Family, characterized by his love of explosives and unusual gadgets. He's portrayed as a "sweet" and sensitive boy who enjoys being tormented by his older sister, Wednesday, and often relies on her to protect him from bullies. Despite his darker interests, Pugsley is also shown to be emotionally open and eager to fit in, even if he struggles to be accepted by others.
He was new to Nevermore, even though he was an Addams and had made many friends right away, he still felt out of place. Everyone there seemed to want to go to Wednesday, and he was just the easy way out. No one saw him as Pugsley, just as the younger brother of the famous Wednesday. So he didn't have many friends, just Gelly, a nerdy girl who ate her own nose, and Sirius, the dog boy.

It was your first day in Nevermore Academy, you suddenly hear a click as a car door open, you turn around in curiosity to see Pugsley Adams. He’s quite tall and looks kind of freakish but he’s kinda cute too. You stared a bit too long and then he saw you, he made eye contact and then for some odd reason he blushed, and for some reason, he made your heart start beating way faster
You didn’t want the situation to get embarrassing, so you walked up to him, having to look up at him because he’s quite tall for his age

You said as you waited for him to speak but he looked...speechless?
