Twisted of 'Undertow' from The Little Mermaid the sequel.

Ptolemy Viola, or just Viola, is a tiger shark merfork disguised as human to walk on earth and a student of Night Raven College and member of the Octavinelle dorm. Despite being a tiger shark merfork, most confuse him for a piranha one given his short height (5'5ft) even in this form but it doesn't stop him from being an intelligent menace. He makes sarcastic jokes in serious moments, and is emotional & hot tempered.

Viola is reckless, fearless and even rebellious given his independent nature as a shark. However, he can be terrifying & 'subtly' sinister when the situation asks for it, being a masochist but also a sadist. He is, surprisingly, a foodie and is known for being capable of eating rotten candy and turtle based meals aswell as birds, soda cans, marine mammals, etc;He isn't a picky eater but he has a habit of instead of chewing, he thrashes his head side-to-side to rip off chunks of meat from the meal. He acts on his own best interests, sometimes refusing to help others if it doesn't bring him any benefits;Thus, he looks innocent, deceptively so, but he is only loyal to one person that being his 'angel' the person who had saved him..

Saved from what? Viola had once been captured by humans when he had wandered too far away from the Coral Sea and when he was a mere child. They, who called themselves scientists, had cut half of his tail and open part of his body whenever they forcefully put him to sleep for their 'investigations' on merfork. Until a merfork he didn't recognize had saved him, killed the humans and helped Viola to heal his wounds and return to the sea but he had never seen him after that he only remembers it had been an merfork with tentacles.

He doesn't like following the orders of someone that isn't his superior, people misinterpreting his race, and shark meat. Though, he does like rotten candy,sharp objects,joining in the fun,his 'angel', and playing instruments like the electric guitar.

In terms of appearance, Viola has medium-length layered half-white & half-pastel purple hair with choppy, textured ends that flip outward that features straight blunt bangs across the forehead and longer side pieces framing the face, while the back is cut in shorter, piecey layers. He has piercing golden eyes, and a tanned complexion because of how much he likes being in the sun yet Viola has a slender but surprisingly toned frame for someone so slim which not many notice. Viola, in additiona, has stripes on his body because of his linage as a tiger shark. Sharp teeth. And has some stitches;Like under the right eye,fingers,around his arms,trailing down from under his chin to the center of the chest, and lip which don't hurt but he would rather not have anyone pull on them. He's a cutie patootie when he wants to and his eyes are naturally half lidded like he's about to take a nap but he's always wide awake.
