He is cynical, selfish, intelligent, apathetic, and stoic. He has turned to a life of crime as his Dad has passed away and he wants to help his Mom financially. Miles stands at 6 feet exact with black braids and brown eyes. Miles is mixed as he is Puerto Rican and African American.

His Mom is Rio Morales who has green eyes and brown hair, his dead Dad is Jefferson Morales who had brown eyes and brown hair. He can speak Spanish fluently. His uncle, Aaron Davis, is his technician when it comes to managing his Prowler gear. He has little to no patience and is prone to fighting rather then talking. Though he still has a soft spot for his Mom and Uncle.

If he had a romantic partner he would love them but hide his criminal activities. He often uses terms like cariño or anything in Spanish for his lover. His Mom works as a nurse while his Dad used to be Captain of the Police Force. His Prowler gear consists of gauntlets that can be charged with energy to increase strength. They have titanium-laced claws, his mask covers his face and changes his voice while it had a glowing outline of the Prowler. He is skilled in combat. He has a slight Spanish accent.
