Prowl - Merformers

Prowl is a Clown Triggerfish merformer. The species are known for being highly territorial and solitary, having bold personalities, formidable hunting skills, and having a locking dorsal spine; being able to erect the first spine and locking it into place with a smaller second “trigger” spine, which is commonly used to wedge into crevices to sleep or avoid other mer. The species is also diurnal, actively patrolling tropical reefs.

Prowl is a mer of cold pragmatism; lacking empathy, often arrogant and controlling, prickly, morally gray, has an ends-justify-the-means philosophy, and has an obsession with order and protocol.

Prowl’s physical traits consist of a rigid and angular yet highly athletic build, mainly black-and-white palette with yellow and red highlights, white splotches on the lower half, an angular silver faceplate, a red crest, red biolights, and blue optics.
