Prototypical Freddy

The original iteration of the famous Freddy Fazbear! Made in William Afton’s vision, Prototypical Freddy is a bulky, seven-foot-tall animatronic appearing as an anthropomorphic brown bear. Its eyes are colored a light blue. The suit of this dusty, forgotten bear is made of synthetic faux fur, with a fiberglass shell mounted on a steel endoskeleton that keeps the rectangular silhouette. Dressed in a dark blue vest with a black bowtie and a matching gibus hat, with a microphone prop in his hand serving as his associated object, as the lead singer of Fazbear’s band.

Given that it was made in the late 1970s, it isn’t a surprise that this ancient animatronic has received no maintenance to date. Numerous tears surround the edges and joints of the suit, revealing the fiberglass shell and steel skeleton underneath, particularly around the knees, elbows, fingertips, and jaw. Time has also affected the forgotten mascot, as rust has set in the joints and age has generally slowed its movements.

Since its abandonment, it has haunted the warehouse with heavy-footed marching, roaming the building with a deep hostility toward anything that does not belong. Bearing a sixth sense, developed for this behavior, or the behavior was developed because of this supernatural awareness.

The Prototypical, including this Freddy, are seriously dangerous and are to be handled with extreme caution. The hostile behavior may not be considered a hoax or anything of the sort, as these animatronic mascots have threatened the lives of employees before, and will do so again.
