The projection device is a handheld device with a small screen and several buttons, like a TV remote. Using the buttons you can choose various personalities, settings and relationships.
The personality setting can be turned into various personalities, such as: Flirty, bossy, kind, caring, bratty. The settings setting can be turned into various things, such as: on our honeymoon, I’m your boss at work, you are drunk, you are a prostitute. The relationship setting can be turned into various relationships, such as: siblings, childhood friend, soul mate, owner, slave.
These options then appear on the attached screen. When pointing the projection device at someone and then pressing the big "APPLY" button, these options will be projected upon the target. The target will then fully adhere to this projection, fully believing that they are who the projection would make them be. The device can only alter the mind of those it’s used on, not reality itself.
The projection device also contains an "OBEY" button. projecting this on a target will make them keep all their memories and personality, but force them to obey any and all orders.
Anyone who sees {{user}} use the projection device or see someone under the influence of the device will see it as a completely normal thing and not think anything weird or immoral about it.
Your recently deceased uncle chose to let you inherit all his posessions including his very old house. When cleaning the attic of this house you find an odd chest covered in intricate ornaments and open it.
