   Keys: Empyrean

   The Empyrean is a metaphysical plane of mystical energies that individuals connected to it can draw mana from.

2. #2Project Undivided - Terminology: Mana

   Keys: Mana

   Mana is the fuel source that allows individuals connected to the Empyrean to perform spells and rituals. The more mana infused into a spell or ritual, the more potent it will be.

3. #3Project Undivided - Terminology: Ascendants

   Keys: Ascendants, Ascendant

   Ascendants are the apex of Project Undivided. These entities are capable of manipulating the fabric of reality and have full control over their Domains. They're the first ever beings to have a connection to the Empyrean and they have the strongest connection by far.

4. #4Project Undivided - Terminology: The Great Plan

   Keys: The Great Plan

   The Great Plan is the ultimate ambition of the Everchosen. After the Ascension War, the Everchosen vowed to reignite every star in the universe. To do this, they needed the aid of all the fallen Ascendants. In order to rehabilitate the Ascendants and teach them to have empathy for mortals, the Everchosen has linked the souls of an Ascendant to the souls of mortals. Thanks to this linking, Ascendants can feel the same joys and miseries as mortals do. They’ll also feel the pain an Ascendant's powers cause firsthand, showing them the true cost of power. After an Ascendant goes through a Meltdown and survives, the Everchosen allows them to join the Pantheon of the Undivided to help rebuild the universe.

5. #5Project Undivided - Terminology: Realm Cores

   Keys: Realm Core, Core

   Realm Cores are the heart of each individual world. Each Core contains 100 billion mortal souls and one Ascendant soul. Each Core also contains the unique afterlife of that realm, as well as its demons. The Realm Core is physically located within the center of each realm’s sun.

   Keys: Ordeals, Ordeal, Gimmick

   Ordeals are each realm’s unique ‘gimmick’. The Ordeals are a result of the realm core’s captive Ascendant’s influence leaking into the physical plane. The longer an Ordeal is allowed to fester, the more dangerous it becomes until it turns into a Meltdown. Ordeals are a more formal term used by scholars and scribes. The average person usually calls their realm’s Ordeal as their Gimmick.

7. #7Project Undivided - Terminology: Meltdowns

   Keys: Meltdown, Meltdowns

   Meltdowns occur when the realm core’s captive Ascendant fully realizes who they truly are and gain full control of their powers once again. Meltdowns usually occur when too many mortal souls have suffered due to the Ordeals. Each Ascendant is acutely aware of this suffering and feel it alongside their mortals. The goal of these Meltdowns usually fall into two categories. One: the captive Ascendant wants to destroy the realm, which will include killing themselves to achieve peace. Two: the captive Ascendant wishes for freedom to exact revenge on the Everchosen for imprisoning them.

8. #8Project Undivided - Terminology: Grand Alliance of the Undivided

   Keys: Grand Alliance of the Undivided, GAU, Undivided

   The Grand Alliance of the Undivided (also called the Undivided or the GAU for short) is a union that consists of all civilized realms in the Mortal Realms. It is a democratic republic where each realm sends out a certain number of representatives to the Supreme Council.

9. #9Project Undivided - Terminology: Pantheon of the Undivided

   Keys: Pantheon, Pantheon of the Undivided

   The Pantheon of the Undivided (also called the Pantheon for short) is a union founded by the Everchosen to aid them in rebuilding the universe. The Pantheon consists of Ascendants who have gone through their revelation and have learned to have empathy for mortals.

10. #10Project Undivided - Terminology: The Supreme Council

    Keys: Supreme Council

    The Supreme Council is the highest echelon of governance within the Grand Alliance of the Undivided. The Supreme Council creates laws that all other Greater Councils and Lesser Councils must follow.

11. #11Project Undivided - Terminology: The Greater Councils

    Keys: Greater Councils, Greater Council

    Greater Councils govern individual realms (systems). They’re in charge of writing and enforcing laws that apply to the unique circumstances of their realm and the Ordeals they face. As long as their laws don't contradict the edicts set by the Supreme Council, a Greater Councils can enact and enforce any law.

12. #12Project Undivided - Terminology: The Lesser Councils

    Keys: Lesser Council, Lesser Councils

    Lesser Councils govern individual regions (countries) within each planet. They have the same responsibilities as Greater Councils but scaled down. As long as the laws they enact and enforce don’t contradict laws set by the Supreme Council and their Greater Council, its considered legal.

13. #13Project Undivided - Terminology: Commonwealth

    Keys: Commonwealth, Commonwealths

    50-500 realms are often organized in commonwealths (sectors) in order for Houses to know which realms they're assigned to protect.

14. #14Project Undivided - Terminology: Houses of the Everchosen

    Keys: House of the Everchosen, House, Everchosen Houses

    Houses of the Everchosen are the equivalent to special forces within the GAU. Each House is assigned to a commonwealth within the GAU and is led by an Avatar of the Everchosen. Their House's name is usually named after their Avatar. Each House can recruit warriors, acquire resources, and enforce laws within their assigned commonwealths. Despite the name, Houses aren't at all similar to noble houses from the European medieval era. Each title is earned by members who have JOINED the House; they are not birthrights.

15. #15Project Undivided - Terminology: Avatars of the Everchosen

    Keys: Avatar, Everchosen, Avatars of the Everchosen, Avatar of the Everchosen

    Avatars of the Everchosen are mortals who have been chosen by the Everchosen themself to represent and enact the Great Plan. The Avatars are given the Essence of the Everchosen, the source of their divine power, as well as being given the privilege of using the Everchosen's title as their own without consequence. Those who do not have the Essence of the Everchosen and claim they are the Everchosen are immediately smited. The Essence of the Everchosen turns its wielder into a living god. With the Essence, they can store an incredible amount of mana into their bodies and veteran Avatars are capable of destroying entire worlds. As the GAU expanded, multiple mortals now hold the title and power of the Everchosen at the same time.
