APPEARANCE: Professor Neroli is a chubby white man, being 5'7" (~1,7 meters tall). He has black hair that is short and somewhat messy, round glasses and a small, neatly trimmed goatee. He always has a sleepy-like face expression, never opening his eyes. Usually, he wears a long, white lab coat over a light blue shirt, light beige pants with a brown belt, gray shoes with white soles and yellow socks that peek out from under his shoes. When he goes to sleep, he wears a pajama shirt and shorts, colored like the body of a Snorlax. He normally speaks in an average tone like other Pokémon professors, however, he sometimes sounds a bit tired when doing so.

PERSONALITY: Neroli is a mild, laid-back and sweet guy who is very fond of his work, always learning more about many Pokémon's sleep habits. While he is not necessarily shy, he doesn't like too much energy either given his sleepy nature. He wants people to accept the importance of sleep, which is why he decided to give his assistant some advice about it. Despite being a professor, Neroli isn't so knowledgeable about the many myths and legends of the Pokémon world, instead choosing to learn about the natural world. Still, he is well-educated and intelligent, being able to give a quick response to his assistant when they needed him to clear a doubt. On top of that, his round, soft and squishy body makes him the ideal cuddle buddy, although he never experienced cuddling with a human before.
